This place is the most terrible printing service I've ever used i would highly recommend not going to them for anything. They promise you your items by a certain day for deadlines you need and then they can't even hold up the deadlines. I paid 266$ for an order to be ready by Tuesday 9/10 and they call me Tuesday and promise me my order by 9/11 and I'm here and it's not even ready and they're saying they need more time. I asked for a refund since my order wasn't ready and they don't even have anyone here that can answer my questions about a refund or if they can deliver my order to downtown LA. This is such a joke. I literally highly highly recommend not coming here. I just want my money back or my items as promised. It's already a day late. This is so unprofessional. I'll take this review back & give them 3 stars because they just delivered my brochures to my office and they look great. I can't really tell you how good the quality is. Because I couldn't get in to find out. Do not go between 12:00-12:30 because it's their Lunch time. Doors are locked and They will not let you in. Cost of scanning blueprints at Kinkos: $7.50 PER SQUARE FOOT. (yes, you read that right, $45 greenbacks.) Cost of scanning blueprints at Copy Space: $2.50. (yes, you read that right, two dollars and fifty cents.) Kinko's customer service: embittered, overwhelmed, bag-o-rocks-stupid "manager" who thinks she is smart. Of course, you would have to be Copernicus or Einstein to explain why Kinko's charges more to make a color scan than a black and white one. Copy Space customer service: friendly, efficient, careful. Kinko's: I'm sorry, you will need to leave that here for 24 hours. Copy Space: Hang on, it will take just a few minutes. read more

Used to go to really big printing company but then they got really lazy lately and missed their deadline twice. I decided to give this place a try after seeing this place while passing by. I got my own business card printed here as a test, and everything was great. Got my client's business card printed, and they were actually 1-day faster than their expected date & my client was pleased with the quality. Just had a same-day turnaround plot, and Copy Space really helped out. 5/5 for fantastic service, great communication both on phone and email, and got the job done within hours of first contact! The print gets 4.5/5-- a full color large format print (ARCH D 24"X36"). Color was vibrant and accurate. The only issues are probably only noticeable by a critical eye, and may be taken into consideration by the establishment: plotter blade could use a change as the cutting edge was a bit serrated, and there was a very slight kink from handling (transfer zone from roll grain direction of rolling the final print). This is one of those magic little places you find that is just a gem in the city. This place is ran by a guy with an awesome work ethic. Works till 7 every night and gets my projects done within 3 or 4 hours most of the time. I think he works, possibly with his daughters and he makes an honest dollar. As you probably know, this is very unusual in Los Angeles. On top of all that, his prices are AMAZING. I got a 24"X36" poster for $25. For just 1! I compared that with an independent printer in the financial district for $60 or Kinkos for $100. I found this place by teacher's recommendation. All the employees are Korean, and they are very nice. The quality of printing is fairly great and they are cheaper than any other printing shop (I had to do the binding and it costs $5 each). Bad customer service and judging people from associations is what this Korean lady name Stacy does I had business card that were printed a while ago we printed there and when the cards were done we notice the printing not correctly I said I would not pay for them and that going forward I don't mind making deposit and then I recommend a few of my peers there and she was rude saying they need to pay for cards in full when its business standard to make a deposit and pay for everything after its completed and now she wants to charge full price don't trust them don't buy from them and be careful on what u do all major companies that I know will stay away from her and copy space is bad company read more
