I submitted, then called to follow up where we then discussed options that suited my needs- several files (hundreds of pages) I wanted to bind into one document in the most economical way. This was all completed before end of day as I had requested and reasonably-priced. In person, meeting the one in charge (a nice man, I believe he's Korean?) was great and I told him I'll definitely be back again for future requests.

I reached out to them a week before I needed table numbers, a welcome sign and seating chart printed for my wedding. They did an excellent job at an affordable price which was much appreciated given how inflated anything to do with a wedding typically is. There was no upselling, no hiking up the price due to time constraints, just honest straightforward conversation and commitment from their team. All the signs I had orígenes came out beautiful and much better than expected. I cannot recommend Guru Printers enough!

The Konica Minolta copiers were a problem for me at FedEx Office because the alignment was off when I printed my Avery labels. Staples uses Xerox copiers which are similar to the Canon copiers that I used at FedEx Office. So I was relieved to find a replacement copier. After going to this Staples store a few times I started using other services, such as dropping off UPS and USPS packages. I also found it convenient to purchase a few items and found their customer service to be good too. They were helpful and attentive to what I needed.

Despite being walking distance to my home, I'd rather drive somewhere than deal with these rude, unhelpful people ever again. Rule #1 of customer service: Ignoring your guests/customers will never end well. Rule #2, being rude won't help matters. I came in for what I thought would be a very simple Amazon return. When I walked in, I was not acknowledged whatsoever... No hello, or "I'll be right with you" or even eye contact. Instead, I was ignored for 15+ minutes, while the girl at the counter (African American woman) dealt with a woman with 15-20 packages to ship, who clearly wasn't ready and had a laptop on the counter figuring everything out. I could have easily been helped and on my way during that entire time but no. Not even as much as an acknowledgment to my presence. In fact, the first words out of her mouth weren't "hello, how may I assist you?"... it was: "You can do your Amazon return over there" as she gestured me over to a kiosk. I went over, immediately pressed the wrong option and was trying to figure out how to go back and the clerk kept yelling from behind the desk, "JUST SCAN YOUR PHONE" and "YOU HAVEN'T PRESSED ANYTHING!" I finally figured out how to get to the next step and the kiosk immediately referred me back to an employee for help. So back to the counter I went and was further ignored until rude employee #2 (guy w/dark hair and glasses) emerged from the back. I remember the days when an Amazon return was a simple scan of a QR code, you hand them the package, get a receipt and are on your way. Well, apparently no more. Now, you need to search for a link in your email, email it to the store and be charged $1.69 for printing out the label for your "free return." Then the guy asked if I wanted to purchase a box and I asked, "do I need to?" and he said yeah. Well then, why bother asking me if I wanted it, if I NEEDED it?! Exasperated, I reached for a nearby shipping envelope, when the guy snapped at me that he had an envelope and didn't need to take one from there. I paid, they guy handed me my receipt with no words, only an attitude, and I left (20 minutes later) with an equally annoyed attitude and late for work. NEVER AGAIN.
