You know you're getting top notch customer service when the only guy in the whole place is sleeping on the couch. I said "Good morning" at increasingly louder volumes to try get his attention... no dice! A couple of times his eyes actually opened, but then he just flipped back over to another sleeping position where he could avoid me. He finally woke up looking incoherent and desperate for a cup of coffee and after I give him the order number, he starts asking me non-sensical questions like, "What word do you want translated?" Huh? "Where do you want stickers delivered?" What? I kept repeating, "I'm just here to pick up stickers." Finally he tells me, "When Lily get here you get your stickers." I said, "When's that?" His reply, "She get here when she get here." After that, he basically walked me out the front door and most likely hit the couch again to sleep it off. AVOID AVOID AVOID! read more

I genuinely do not know how this company has so many high ratings. This service is not 24/7 and they do not understand the products they advertise to sell. Do not pay for same day without checking how busy they are, as that could take a few days (which is astronomically different in price; in my case it was 170$ vs 50$ between same day and next day) and they will not tell you ahead of time that they are busy if you don't call. They agreed to a time they couldn't commit to, not even bothering to start the order until the day was basically over (despite agreeing to a 2 pm deadline). Payment has to be made up front as well for a service they might not be able to provide. For sticker sheet printing, for some reason, they count quantities by individual kiss cut stickers despite selling in sheets, which is false advertisement (especially when a 4 in by 6 in sheet can hold a bunch of stickers of various shapes and designs). Their user interface for sticker ordering is essentially copied from other sticker companies in the area, yet they don't even understand how the selection works. If you absolutely have to use this service over others in the area, make sure to use card in case issues like this show up and call ahead of time to make sure they're actually able to do the job by the deadline you need for it. read more

Disappointing service and quality. I had an unfortunate experience with both the print quality and customer service at this location. When I arrived to pick up my $61 poster, it wasn't packaged properly--just loosely rolled and held with two strips of paper, sitting on the floor. The edges were unevenly cut, and when I checked the print, I noticed it had significant wrinkles and creases. When I pointed this out, the staff member explained that "it's paper, so it's like this." I found this response disappointing, especially considering the cost and the noticeable flaws. This is artwork meant to be hung on a prominent wall in my home, where quality is important. They agreed to reprint it, but I had to wait an extra 45 minutes, which was inconvenient given my schedule. Unfortunately, the second print had similar issues with poorly cut edges, and while rolling it up, it became creased again. At that point, I had to leave, and despite asking if they could wrap it in protective paper, I was only given two strips of paper. I've purchased many art prints before, and this was one of the more disappointing experiences in terms of both service and product quality. read more

Very unsatisfied with the service that I received. I was in town on the weekend of November 16th and we visited this shop. I try to be very supportive of small businesses so I thought to give it a try and ordered stickers. I paid for them to be sent via UPS and they were supposed to arrive by the end of the business day on Thursday, November 21st. It is now December 23rd and I still have not received them yet! I was finally in contact with the owner and he apologized but blamed it on his staff and the area that the UPS drop off is located to which none of this is my problem. He wanted to send me additional stickers with different photos and I at first agreed but if you can't even send me the original 50 stickers that I ordered why would I trust you enough to send you more pictures. The stickers were for a special occasion that has since passed so honestly I no longer want any of the stickers. Not a very good impression and I will tell my family in L.A about my experience so they can also spread the word. Very shitty service and not to mention that he blamed it on others read more

As of now if I could give 0 stars I would. I made an order this morning for 50 business cards same day. I saw other reviews that said they got their cards within two hours, so I figured let's give it a shot i need them for an event tonight. I've called every half hour since they opened and sent an email, and got no response. The customer service says they're always available to assist, but I have not spoken to a single person or gotten a reply to my email. I will update this review. If anything changes, it looks like I'm going to have to go there in person to see if they will have my order ready same day as advertised. Update 1: very nice girl working the front, but I ask her about my order and she says "if you want it extra fast I can start it now" but when I walked in she was just chilling on her phone??? So you mean to tell me you KNEW there was an order made and you're just sitting around waiting to do it?? I ask for a manager, she says her boss doesn't answer the phone and I can text or email. I told her I ALREADY DID and I shouldn't have to come all the way downtown from NOHO just to SEE if my cards are ready, how does that make any sense?? I ask for any number for ANYONE who I can check on my order with and she says there isn't one but she will get started on my order. Still 1 star as of now, we'll see if they at least have good quality. This is not a good experience so far and I wouldn't recommend them as of now read more

We came to an understanding as it was miscommunication from parties and we worked the situation out as men and I'm proceeding to do business with G the owner. Cooler heads prevailed and we were able to work out our differences and G said he would look out for me in my pricing for my product do to our misunderstanding.
