Ive used these guys a handful of times for basic printing and laminating and its always been a great experience. Ive done work print outs, a halloween costume, and gifts. I love nothing more than to support the local businesses in my neighborhood, so it saddens me that I have to write this. The first time I walked into this shop, I asked about pricing for business cards and was asked to give my email to get a response. I never heard back. Several days later, I went back in, wanting to give them another chance, and spoke to Eddie who told me to email him my design and I would get the price and final design. I made clear I needed them for a very important event. Several days later, on a Friday, I heard nothing and went back in. Eddie was apologetic and told me his designer was out and would be back on Monday. Monday came and I heard nothing. I finally went back in on Thursday and asked him what happened. He forgot and tried to make an excuse that his designer only came back on Tuesday (two days ago). Now I'm left on a completely unnecessary time crunch and can only hope Vistaprint can deliver my cards on time with their express shipping. This is totally unprofessional and an unacceptable way to run a business. read more

I go out of my way to come to this print shop for all my client work and I'm reluctant to share this spot because it's like my secret weapon for printing. As a graphic designer, my eye is fine tuned for color matching, straight lines and cuts. Eddy, the shop owner, takes so much pride in his work and quality that I no longer worry about a novice printer (ahem Kinko's) botching a client project. It's a gem of a spot that can do beyond the normal business cards, postcards, and color copies. They offer extended services like custom invitations, die cutting and offset printing. It also looks like they'll be running letterpress projects as well. They're experts in what they do and they're pretty fast even if you're in a hurry. There....now you know my secret. read more

I cannot recommend E&T Highly enough. Yesterday I received a request from a client for a very fast turnaround project- less than 24 hours. Info was coming in bits and pieces, but Eddy took my call right away, Jennifer took over the project from there, she corresponded by email usually within an hour (or minutes) and every single time I called her (like 6 times...!!) she could not have been more patient and helpful. I found E&T Graphics today and I'm so glad I did. I needed help cutting down some large 300 GSM card stock paper down to 5"x7" pieces.
