Really weirded out that this place got such good reviews. I was in a rush to get a 3 page PDF file printed from my USB. None of the old machines were turned on so it took a while to get them running (and he helped another customer before me even though I came in first). It also took a while to make the ancient computer read the PDF. But the actual worst part is that the guy there insisted that my file had 9 pages and charged me 3x more. I didn't have time to have their super old system try to read the USB again so I paid and left (thinking maybe he was right). Nope! I checked again and it was only 3 pages. I'm not sure if he knew he could pull one over me because I was in a rush or he was just incompetent, but either way I was overcharged. It's not a large sum but that kind of shady business practice is quite annoying. Maybe you'll have better luck than I if you must use this print shop. Just make sure to check the prices to make sure you're not being overcharged! read more

Avi is one of the best people I've ever worked with, period. I have about 6 regular large print jobs a year that I need done for work - printing and putting together several spiral bound books of about 200 pages each, including tab dividers, covers, etc. I used to print at Staples, which was awful, until I asked a friend in my same industry who she used, and she sent me to Avi. Projects that used to take 4 days, always with mistakes and often with me doing the brunt of the work, now take two at most, are done perfectly, and my contribution ends when I send in the files to be printed. Avi is great at listening to instructions, asking questions, getting my approval before making certain decisions, and adapting to my needs. Quality of the printed materials is superb. On top of that, Avi is one of the friendliest, sweetest people; after working with him just twice, he feels like family :) He seems to have a good relationship with all of his clients. He always asks about my dog (who I sometimes bring in when picking up projects) and wants to know how I'm doing. Remembering each client is pretty impressive in my book :) The only reason it's taken me so long to write a review is I'm afraid of too many people discovering this hidden gem, very selfish of me, sorry Avi! What can I say? This place has amazing customer service and quality printing and is by far the least expensive option anywhere. I had a super last-minute high volume print job that I needed done the same day. Avi, the owner (whom I have heard wonderful things about) was out of town, so Russell helped me out. I sent him an email at 3:00 PM with what I needed and was able to pick it up at 7:00 PM the same day. Russell kept me updated on the status of my order the entire time and emailed me as soon as it was ready. When I got to the store, Russell had the box of prints waiting for me and was kind enough to include extra copies free of charge. I couldn't believe how nice the prints came out.
