How can a business cash a check immediately and not contact customer stating payment was recieved and order would be processed. They're not that busy where customer service should be a priority. I wish I had found Propel Print sooner, but the universe works in mysterious ways. I ordered a business card design online, took the file to a different shop, that shall remain unnamed. The unnamed shop charged me $55 for 500 cards and the product was horrific! Think Exorcist meets Saw horror! That bad =( The print was blurry and pixelated. The cardstock they used was flimsy. The work was a nightmare on elm street! So I yelped and found Propel Print. I came in and was attended immediately by Ricky. Showed him what unnamed shoped produced and he then discussed options. I sent Ricky the exact image and he was able to show me the finish product that same moment. He even bled the color to the sides and back to create a flawless look. I love my new set of cards. I needed a banner and a stamp, and I was told they would be ready a certain day, but when I went to pick them up they only had the banner ready and not the stamp, stamp would be ready the next day, luckily they were able to get it done the same day, but had to drive back, and since there was a fair going on I was stuck in traffic over an hour, a little frustrating. read more
