After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

We ordered a specific style of shirts for our nonprofit's pre-sold event, trusting a local printer…read moreto get it right since I wasn't on-site to check the shipment. The printer later confirmed that I had ordered the correct style, but they printed women's sizes instead of unisex shirts, which our members had paid for. The tags didn't make this clear, so our volunteers began distributing them before the mistake was discovered. The printer's first "solution" was to claim the shirts were actually higher quality than what we ordered and offer either a 10% discount on a future order or 15 of the correct shirts -- far short of the number we originally ordered. They ignored the fact that our members had pre-paid for a specific style and left volunteers to manage the fallout. Had they accepted their mistake immediately, there is no reason they shouldn't have been able to reprint the shirts so we could have distributed them during our multi-day event. At one point, they suggested we return the misprinted shirts, not to fix the mistake, but so they could destroy them. They repeatedly framed the situation as a retail-style return/refund issue, implying our volunteers or members "took" the wrong shirts, even though this was entirely their fulfillment error. After multiple rounds of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to reprint the correct shirts. However, when we received the corrected batch, two shirts were misprinted, completely omitting the event logo on the back, and one had a hole in a seam. Because of the delays, we had to mail the corrected shirts to members well after the event at our own cost (over $350 as we had attendees from as far away as Germany), losing money on shirt sales and creating extra work for volunteers. At a certain point, it wasn't worth continuing negotiations, so we accepted the reprints at a loss. While the shirts themselves are fine, the fulfillment, communication, and proposed solutions caused unnecessary stress, extra work for volunteers, and financial loss. Anyone ordering for an organization or event should be prepared to follow up closely and push for a solution that actually meets their needs.

I ordered 12 shirts from this company, initially selecting a specific style in size L. Unfortunately, the L size was unavailable, so I requested to cancel the order. Instead, the seller suggested a different type of shirt that looked good in the photos, so I agreed. When the package arrived, I found the print quality to be excellent, but the shirt quality was extremely disappointing. The material is so thin that it's practically see-through, making it uncomfortable and unwearable--you can clearly see body hair and other details through the fabric. For $488, I expected much better. I reached out to the seller about this issue, but after I approved the visual mock-up, he stopped responding to my messages. I'm now stuck with 12 shirts that I can't use. If you don't have high-quality products, please don't sell them--especially not at this price point. Photos are attached for reference. Yes We Print are just the best! I called about 8 other different DTG printers on Yelp. I had a small order and most of them were rude or too busy to do such a small order within my turn around time. When I spoke with Andy at Yes We Print, he was friendly, kind, and said he could complete our order no problem in whatever time frame we needed. The project was a bit complicated and Andy worked with me after work hours and on the weekend to make sure my shirts were completed to perfection. If one shirt was not quite right, he immediately replace it and didn't charge me. The shirts turned out beautifully. Beyond the excellent quality in their work, Andy and the other employees at Yes We Print are the most wonderful and pleasant people to work with. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

I only have great things to say about Yes We Print. Andy saved my life! I run a non-profit in Fontana and needed shirts for our Microsoft Summer Tech Camp students. The camp started Tuesday 5/31/16 and I went to Andy Saturday 5/28/16 in need of 47 shirts with no design in mind. Andy worked meticulously over the holiday weekend to make sure that we had our shirts for the first day of camp. He was patient as I made numerous revisions and gave me a finished product of exactly what I envisioned. Their prices were unbeatable which made the drive from Fontana well worth it. This is long over due, but the service here is amazing! I'm in the area looking to have a sample done and Fred is standing outside and greets my business partner and me. We engage in the conversation and ask if he could help us with the sample and he does! Upon going to pick up the shirt I'm expecting it to be mediocre because it's digital print and is only a sample. But he shows me, and the alignment, the print, and overall quality are nothing but stellar! This is where you go for a great print job! Last minute, on time, or early, THIS is where you go! I have done and seen a lot of things in my life but I must say I have never seen anything like these guys. The printing of Tee-Shirts done by them was beyond this world. They have high quality and all of that is done with extreme efficiency. Thing I liked most about them was the amount of work they got done. They packed 250 tote bags which were all customized by the way and they got them all done in like 3 days extraordinary speed.
