I'm giving this guy 5 stars and I didn't even get to use their service! We were under a super tight deadline to make a couple dozen shirts for an event and I couldn't order online and these guys had great reviews so I went to check them out. When I saw this was just a kiosk at a mall, I almost turned around, but I stayed long enough to talk to someone who was actually the owner. Nicest dude I've ever met. I explained the situation and he answered all my questions and even loaned me a test shirt to show the event organizers. Sadly, we ran out of time for fundraising, but should the opportunity present itself again, I'm going straight to T-Custom! Great quality, great price, and great service! Website advertise 20 mins print, I communicated with the business on yelp, shared my design with them and once I got there was told it takes 24h to do the printing. That is definitely not the customer experience one would want and I do not recommend anyone going there. Last minute decision to make two custom-designed t-shirts and Moe and Omar delivered. I called first to understand how it worked, discussion of using white t-shirts vs colors (no difference) and whether a certain fabric was needed like 100% cotton (any material will work). I had the option of using one of their t-shirts or bringing my own. Moe and I found a picture on the web, picked a great font and the whole process took approx. 20 minutes.
