This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I paid the sets left no issues wasn't until i came back same day to return the regular set what threw me off first was that for refunds you cannot use the card you used at first to pay. Odd. Never heard of that anywhere. They forced to use a credit card to return the payment. What if i didn't have a credit card at all??? I was then forced to use my husband's credit card. I have yet to receive any refund from the set I returned. Going to call tomorrow if nothing is done im going to dispute the payment with the bank. I called one last place before I gave up 3m embroidery. Monica answered the phone and immediately she was super helpful. She extremely accommodating, not only she was able to complete it same day. She matched the exact font I needed embroidered, and she had an seamstress to alter and tailor the sleeves to fully complete the look I was wanting with everything at an inexpensive price. And she went above and beyond to have the flower shop next door. Hold my order for me to pick up because the shop would be closed by the time I arrived.
