I came in on 12/22/23 with 3 baseball caps that I wanted to do some embroidery on them. I showed the gentleman an image of what I wanted done, the guy says fine no problem but being that Christmas is here I'll have them done by 1/5/24. I told him ok, no problem. I went this morning 1/5/24 like he said and he couldn't even find my hats. Then he finally found them and they weren't even done! So he tells me to come back at 1pm. So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined! I will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Unprofessional to say the least. I was looking to monogram Christmas presents for my family. Grisela suggested monogram for bathrobes I was bringing in-- which was amazing since I needed a second opinion. So monograms it is, everything is set, I'm really excited. Ted tells me "by Wednesday they should be done. If not, earlier." I come in Friday (2 days later than Ted said it would be done) & they're not finished. Frustrating at first because I live a distance from the business, he told me it'd be done, & I didn't receive some sort of notification that they weren't done but okay, holidays are here so I understand. THEN, I come back the next day. The initials of my monograms are in the wrong order (monograms are first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial). After noticing the mistake Ted proceeds to tell me "I'm going to have to double check on that." WHY suggest monograms if you don't know how to do monograms? So now I have my 4 orders; 2 of them wrong, 2 of them right. One of the orders was already wrong but he also did a different "ghosting/shade". If I requested all the same style, why change the style? He deducted the price of one of the orders, but didn't with the other one because he has to "check on that". Now I have my personalized gifts wrong with no way to fix them & Christmas is near.
