I went this morning 1/5/24 like he said and he couldn't even find my hats. Then he finally found them and they weren't even done! So he tells me to come back at 1pm. So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined! I will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I called and talked with Scott, the owner. He was polite, professional and most importantly, accommodating. He came through and was even 1-2 days early. For my next order, boxes arrived at my door, way ahead of schedule and I hadn't even paid for them yet. Well I just placed another order. I hate asking for a RUSH order, but when I told Scott that I had another car show in 18 days, he said send me your order. 9 days later I received an update, "printing has been completed". WOW. I love this guy. I will receive my order way in advance, and I won't have to sweat it if my order will arrive in time. Their pricing is very reasonable and the tees are individually packaged. The colors are off the hook; very sharp and vibrant. One of our car club members had a local printer make him a few shirts of his car, using "direct to garment". The colors don't pop like our do. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would.

The staff seem to be friendly & in good spirits, helpful to patrons. Even at the end of the business day, items are organized & the aisles are tidy, uncluttered. I can really appreciate that. Meant to get something to put away the wreath I purchased at another Michaels location. Couldn't decide if I should get the hard plastic container or the sturdy, puncture resistant case (looks like nylon or backpack material). In the end, I opted the latter because the plastic was too bulky & appeared too big for my wreath. Got a few more ribbons, at 80% OFF, it was too good to pass up. Parking is shared with other shops like Sprouts, Old Navy & and few restaurants like Pescador & many other stores. This Downey Landing is HUGE, it may be bigger than the Long Beach Town Center. Lots to explore, someday. I used the self checkout, easy peasy
