Unfortunately her communication skills need work. I dropped of caps to do 3D embroidery, I left them my cap as a Sample. She said she would be able to do it. Great, be ready in 1 week. 1 week passed and no call, no email. I stopped by 8 days later because they wouldn't pick up the phone. The 'OPEN' sign was lit but nobody came to the door. The 9th day I called again and she picked up and she said they be ready in 3 more days. At this point, we're going into 2 weeks. I went and the caps look bad. The embroidery lines are crooked and not the same thickness. The outline is missing in some parts. The shade of blue is completely off, even though they have the matching thread on the counter. Supposedly she had not seen the work until she took them out of the bag. Somehow I do not believe her and was probably hoping I wouldn't notice the horrible job. She offered to redo one of the caps but it would be 2 more weeks."Nah, I'm good!" She deducted $5 from the total. Do not go there for 3D embroidery. Maybe they're good at other embroidery jobs. So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!!
