I love these guys! I needed a banner printed & didn't know where to start! They were very helpful and walked me through the entire process. I am all about supporting local businesses. I found this company on Instagram and decided to give them a shot. I talked to them via DM and they were so nice. I sent them an email 5/20 with all my artwork attached and specifics on what I needed for each piece. I have yet to recieve a quote from them. I have DM-ed several times... I even asked if they will be able to quote me. I asked if they are still open (these are trying times so I didnt want to be insensitive)... on 5/28 I was told my email was in their spam and thay they will review that day. By far the best place to have your printing done! I'm lucky enough to know the owners but I was blown away when I actually got to see them in action. There place is very 'cool'. Young yet professional fresh vibe. Exactly what I like about them. I needed a rush order on koozies. After a lot of searching and dead ends I came across Inkhead. The website was easy to use for custom design and the ordering process was easy. I did have one slight glitch during the payment process, but a quick call to customer service made sure everything went through and my order would be delivered in time. I placed the order on Tuesday, needing the product by Friday. The product was delivered Thursday! The product turned out great and their prices were very reasonable. Communication was poor, I called numerous times and they still didn't get the order correct. I am extremely disappointed.

I've ordered uniform shirts from Deluxe for years for my company. Recently they advised me that apparel orders now go through Ink Head. The experience has been horrible. The customer service the company provides is insulting. The representatives talk to you like you are a child. The printed our shirts with the wrong color imprint and I had to jump through hoops to exchange the order. Now as we receive a proof of the imprint the letters are so messy you can barely read them clearly if you didn't already know what it said. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
