The sons were attending a Gaming Convention so they wanted to have a custom shirt with specific images in the game. They chose their screen shots and uploaded them to this location to see if they were able to do it. We got a response back saying it would work and if we wanted to inspect the quality of the shirts, we should come by to check out their physical location before ordering. We came by and thought it would be fine so we went ahead and ordered. We needed it within 3 days time and just hoped that it would be ready in time. He told us it would be ready the next day at 5pm. We came back the next day at 5pm and he said to give him another 20 minutes so we just walked around the mall to pass the time. To be honest, I was slightly annoyed that we had to wait more, but that could also be attributed to me feeling grouchy. LOL! :-D Overall, kind and helpful service. We finally received the shirts and they were nice and the sons were happy with them. The printing was beautiful and the shirts themselves were soft and good quality. The shirts cost $35 which were reasonable to us because we loved the quality. They are located inside the Lakewood Center Mall near Macy's. read more

I paid $35 to add the name Marsha and they damaged the stocking by knocking off a bell. Not only that, but Syed put the name on the opposite side of the bells. I offered to buy another stocking and have them redo. The manager refused and wanted to charge me another $35. Worst service ever. Don't ever go here! read more

There were a lot of negative reviews for this place but I had a good experience. The printing looked clean and of quality. I did only have one shirt printed, so not sure on consistency or anything. The graphic designer sat with me in the shop while I was indecisive and helped me make creative decisions that would look the best for what their printers would do, rather than just print whatever even if it looked subpar to get me out of there. Super fast and perfect! We needed a last minute screen printing job done. I used yelp to send in a request and supplied a photo of what we needed. I've been wanting to review this shop for a while, just hadn't found the time. I messaged the owner through Yelp, and he immediately got back to me saying he could create the shirts I needed. It was for my son's Baby Shark party, and I needed two - one for him and sister. I think I contacted him the week of and he had the shirts ready to me by that Sat. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I had an awful experience doing business here. I emailed my design and paid upfront to have a shirt designed for my son. They told me it would take an hour. I returned an hour later and they had the sticker printed and waiting for me to place on the shirt. I placed it on the shirt and they tried pressing it but something went wrong and the sticker didn't stick correctly. They asked me to then come back in 10 minutes. When I returned the image was placed incorrectly on the shirt upon my arrival. I told them the placement was incorrect and the worker tried to argue that is was the same way I placed. I told them it wasn't and instead of fixing it they refunded my money. They completely wasted my time and I was unable to have the shirt ready for my son for Christmas. I will never do business here again or recommend them to anyone. They were just awful. read more
