Oh my gosh, I have been looking for someone to do some shirts for my Business, and people do not return calls, they don't respond! I called iCreate and not only spoke to a live person, but got my order in and she said I can pick up on Friday! It was a last minute simple order, but for my future more detailed order, I will be using them again! GREAT customer service, local Signal Hill location, and very happy to have found them! read more

I called to get a quote on having some t-shirts silk screened. The woman I spoke to on the phone was unprovoked rude and had a stank attitude. I definitely won't be doing business with this company. Too bad, I'm a music production company owner that could have brought in more business/revenue and numerous customer referrals. read more

My friend Jay had explained the mishap we had with this business in his review, and I also came back to write an update after receiving the final product. I had been emailing back and forth with Ava or almost 3 weeks. Although she is a nice lady and I know she's just doing her job, it is sickening that the company is so dependent on a yelp review that they had to stoop so low to try and bribe us. Twice. It first began with them offering us a deal of waiving the $60 rush fee, if we could get 3 people to write a yelp review about the service so far, because our project was pretty last minute. Sounded like a fair deal at that point, so we did. Then, after going back and forth SO many times after our unsatisfied order, we decided to just settle with a refund. However, when we asked if we could receive the $25 refund that THEY offered, they insisted one of the "bad" reviews to be taken down first. (See attachment) At that point, I had enough. I took back my request, because I knew $25 was not worth them getting their way. I wish they would have admitted their fault in the first place, and be more professional about the whole situation instead of trying to blame us and play mind games. We tried so hard to compromise, but our requirements were far from being met. Let's be real, the placement of the logo just wasn't right. Giving everyone an ice cream or a snicker bar (yes, they really suggested that) isn't going to satisfy our $400 order. We are in no way trying to "gang up" on them or write untrue stories because we are angry. I am sure they have provided and satisfied many shirts in the past and will continue in the future. It was just unfortunate that they were not able to do it with us. PS. I wouldn't be so surprised if most of these Yelp reviews were "bought", though. Just be careful what you get yourself into. read more

I have worked with the ladies at iCreate Graphix a few times. They have done my team's hockey jerseys for the past three seasons and they never disappoint! Our team looks pretty sweet out the ice with the jerseys that iCreate Graphix made for us. Ava is very quick to respond to emails, and is very friendly as well. She was very clear in communication about pricing and was very attentive to exactly how we wanted our jerseys done. Karla was friendly, and helped me when I came to drop off/pick up my order. She is quite the funny lady, and made the experience fun. She also made sure to pay attention to the details we wanted with our order and executed perfectly The team at iCreate Graphix really know what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable, produce awesome products, and at a very affordable price. I can't imagine taking my business anywhere else when it comes to getting things printed. I called iCreate Graphix after my order from an internet company was a no-show. Karla was AMAZING! She gave me a fair price for same-day service and finished the job in less than 3 hours! The canvas bags for my event looked great and the fact that they're local is a huge bonus. I'll definitely be going back. read more

Our relationship with iCreate goes back over a year when we first launched our local surf brand. These awesome ladies were very accommodating to us and over time we consider them our family. When you go with iCreate, you can expect the small shop, first name basis treatment backed by the professionalism and work product of an established printing operation. Add to this the most competitive pricing in the area - trust us, we have spreadsheets to prove it. It's no surprise that the two wonderwomen that run iCreate have impressive professional backgrounds that they bring to bear on every job we have ever given them. Thank you ladies! read more

TLDR: They messed up on a print project and ghosted me after multiple times of trying to contact them. I had been coming to this business since I opened my T-shirt business in 2016 and Overall I had been happy with their work, but my last correspondence with them left something to be desired. I wasn't the perfect client and I paid my invoices late a few times and they had been really understanding which was great. But on my last and final run of windbreakers with them, something had happened in the curing process with my windbreakers and when my customers would put their windbreakers in the wash, the whole back design would PEEL OFF like sticker. I was completely devastated, and mind you a lot of this was during the pandemic so I was understanding as to why they could not answer my inquiries asap. So i sent them samples of the messed up items for them to check and when I texted Ava last about it she said something along the lines of "due to the pandemic we can't come in" but I was really understanding, so a few months pass and I send another text asking when they would be open for business and I get no response, and I sent one last email in September 2020 asking when they would be open and once again, No response. After months of no contact, I had no choice but to sell my messed up windbreakers at cost to make back my money. I was sold faulty prints and I couldn't do anything about it. I honestly do not think this is the way to treat a customer after so long and thousands upon thousands of dollars put into their company. A response saying "Hey we haven't been able to open for business" would've been fine. But I think ghosting a customer honestly isn't acceptable. Mind you this is just my experience so I honestly hope your experience is different. read more

I had previously gone to iCreate graphix to have some custom baseball jerseys printed and they came out beautifully. I returned last week to have 17 custom tank tops printed in time for a music festival, and while they did an amazing job communicating...I ended up deeply dissatisfied with the end product. The proofs Ava sent had perfect placement for our design, but the shirts came out with the logo printed in an awkward place! It was supposed to be right where the breast pocket of a shirt should be, but it ended up very low in the center of the shirt, almost at the sternum. I will no longer be returning or referring anyone to this establishment. 5/5 customer service 1/5 satisfaction read more

Great price and excellent customer service. I made an order, it was completed within days and the quality of the graphic was fantastic.

If you're looking for custom graphics work then look no further. Karla and Ava are by far the best around. I was in major stress mode getting ready for my family reunion and in desperate search of finding a company that could create the T-shirts that I needed in a very short time. We had a tight budget and all the places I contacted around me were giving quotes that almost made me pass out. I took a chance on yelp and contacted icreate graphix and I'm so glad I did. Karla helped me design a awesome shirt. And even as my order kept growing they were able to give me a fair price.
