I've used Red Eye Media several times over the years for custom tshirts for our staff. Customer service has been slow a couple of times but generally they would get back to me eventually. I'm not sure what has changed at the business but I emailed with a quote request in March. I didn't hear back so after a couple of weeks I emailed back. Sam replied he had missed the email and would get me the information that day. I waited another week, still nothing. I went to their website and filled out the contact form to see if that would speed things up...no reply. Waited another week and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I run a small business and hate to leave a bad review. Honestly if they had just been upfront and said they were unable to provide service to me for whatever reason I would have been disappointed but would have moved on, but others should be aware of the lack of communication and customer service. read more

Would never recommend this company to anyone! First batch of sweaters I got weren't the correct dimensions when I specifically said I wanted it oversized on the hoodie. They blamed me for not giving them the correct dimensions but I sent photos of customers wearing the oversized print on the hoodies which CLEARLY shows the print is over the pocket or the hoodie. Sam tried to blame me and say it could've been a "kid hoodie" that mock ups aren't accurate but I didn't just send a mock up I sent photos of customers wearing the hoodie that I had printed years ago. I specifically said I wanted the print over the pocket at the bottom. I also asked for a photo BEFORE they shipped so that I can approve it before they're sent to me. That could've solved 80% of our problems from the beginning. I get the sweaters they're standard dimensions and he said he "forgot" to let the printers know. That he wasn't even in the office those days they were being printed. I told them my customers wouldn't be happy with the smaller print and I need a new batch made. He wanted to still charge me AGAIN $700 to get a new batch made. Which is ridiculous when it's his fault he didn't tell the printers what dimensions I wanted. He also wanted me to send the boxes of hoodies back which would've been an extra $200 for me to send back so I refused to send them back I'm a small business and can't afford that extra $$$$ just to ship them back plus him wanting me to pay another $700? I don't think so. Then when he said the next batch shipped out they didn't it was an extra week and customers were already wanting refunds and complaining. I refunded over $400 already, more money out of my pocket. I get the new batch and the hoodie prints are GREY not white! I honestly didn't think customers would really complain about that they still looked okay but I finally had a customer complain to me that the color looked grey greenish and not white. If I can get my money back 100% at this point i would. I'm so mad how all this made me lose customers and money for such a crap job. Would never recommend this company. They don't even answer their phones or reply right away they take a whole week to get back to you! read more
