If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE with communication. Customer service? Straight trash. They claim "same day service" and "mockups the same day"--that's a complete lie. Two different people told me that and it never happened. They had our shirts for TWO WEEKS with no deadline, no updates, no communication at all. I had to physically go up there THREE times just to get answers because they wouldn't call back. Every time I called for updates, no one picked up, no one returned my calls. Super unprofessional. They even told me I'd get a sample shirt one day and the rest the next. Guess what? Nothing. No call, no follow-up, no respect for my time. Finally, I had to go back ONE LAST TIME just to grab my blanks because I knew they hadn't started on anything. I asked for my shirts back and they didn't even care--no questions, no concern, just handed them over like nothing. That told me everything I needed to know. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. They do not pick up the phone. They do not update you. If you're serious about starting your clothing brand, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place. They'll waste your time and throw your work to the side. read more

I ordered a sample tshirt back in November off their website and paid for it . They emailed me a mock-up version of the shirt. I responded to the email and said it looked good with one minor change request . They never responded back to any of my follow up emails since November. It's now May 2023. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with them . I have called the number and texted the number they have on file . I have direct messaged them on social media and no response. Was really looking forward to working with them but unfortunately I received very poor service. read more

This is a little late, but I found Danny and the Trend Machine through a friend of mine. I needed to have some tech shirts printed for my run crew in time for LA marathon and the price and turnaround time was exactly what I was looking for. Danny was quick to respond to emails and text messages to answer any burning questions a newbie like me had in this process. We did have a few mishaps with 2 of the shirts (which weren't that bad), but Danny stood by his work and well made up for it by offering to refund the cost of those affected shirts. I wish I could select zero stars for this extremely unprofessional robbery of a business. The owner, Danny, ignored multiple calls/texts/emails after not delivering $1,000 worth of product. Not only did this company not meet ONE of their promised deadlines, but they managed to ignore every possible means of communication and left us completely in the dark. Hey, we even had our comments deleted on Instagram after trying to reach out there as well. The few shirts that we did receive were also inconsistent. The ink was inconsistent and blotchy in certain areas. The tags were still left on the shirts or only half cut, when we paid extra to have them removed and reprinted. This business is run in a small garage by a couple low-lives, so our mistake for trusting them in the first place. I strongly advise staying away from this company unless you want to risk losing your hard-earned money. Learn from our mistake. read more

Worst experience of my life working with this company. Not only did they not meet a single deadline thaset they stole 1000 dollars from me and my partner. Constantly was forced to dead with constant unprofessional behavior, lag, and being lied to. Not to mention that we were originally promised a 2 week turn around and it turned into 2 1/2 months to only get some product. I found The Trend Machine on Instagram and within minutes was in contact with Danny. We had exchanged some information via email and within a few hours I was at his doorstep.
