I recently coordinated an order for a conference with MAMO Merch and they made the entire process so smooth and easy! Choose from their in-house inventory or provide your own blanks, share your design or logo, and describe whether you need printing or embroidery (the latter may take up to a week). We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. I'd highly recommend them for projects requiring local pick-up! With the size of our team, we definitely didn't need a bulk order of 500+ items, so it was great to be able to request services for a small quantity. We even got some compliments at our conference! read more

MAMO Merch literally saved me! I went from print shop to engraving stores in Long Beach and no one was willing to help me with my request. I wanted to customize my sister's jewelry boxes I was gifting them as part of my "Bridesmaids Proposal gifts". I called Mamo Merch 15 mins before closing and they were willing to help me! I stopped by immediately and showed them my product and with no problems, they had an idea of what they can do to meet my request. Additionally, I needed them the next day; again, with no problems, they were willing to help me. Tanya and Devin were so friendly and helpful, I truly appreciated their services and working with them. Thank you both! I would go back to Mamo Merch in a heartbeat for anything I need to customize in the future. read more

Best customer service ever! Please ask for Devin and Tanya! I called yesterday for more info over the phone and came in the next day to get my son soccer Jersey custom color match and Korean font print with my son favorite soccer player name and number on it. They spend a lot of time helping me. They were genuine people, so kind and patience with me. Let me tell you the match is perfect! I've call so many print shop and they will not do 1 piece let alone color match. I just want to thank Devin, Tanya and everyone at this shop for the awesome experience I had today and will definitely come back to get some more stuff done in the future! read more

MAMO Merch really came through for me! Devin took care of me last minute and made sure everything was perfect. I needed my marathon shirt done same day, and he delivered -- fast turnaround, top-tier quality, and real attention to detail. He even helped me personalize the design with a working QR code linked to my song on the back -- that meant a lot. While I was out getting a haircut, they had the shirt ready by the time I got back. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made sure I was completely happy with the final product. Extreme gratitude for Devin and the crew at MAMO Merch -- the service, speed, and quality were all A1. I'll definitely be coming back for more custom work in the future. Highly recommend this place! read more

I think I may have already wrote a review here, but I'll write another one because of how happy I am. This place was awesome and created something so perfect for a Post Malone and Jelly Roll concert that I surprised my partner with for our wedding anniversary. Thank you MAMO Merch!!!! I'm excited to go back here and get more things created. They were so nice and kind! read more

Incredible customer service, graphics and quality. I paid $35 per shirt having my own graphics but they did help me with an error on my graphics at no charge, which was so nice. It was so last minute I was expecting to pay a lot and once I picked it up, and saw the quality, $35 was extremely reasonable. They were so kind, prioritized my order because I was in such a rush and sent me pictures along the way. Amazing shop, amazing folks working there and all around perfect experience. I will be coming back for all of my merch needs! read more

New owners are over priced and rude to previous clients that have come here spending money before atleast with my experience

Customer service is awesome, graphic design also on point, thank you guys for the quick and fast response. Got me what I needed in a pinch!

I was checking around local businesses to get t-shirts made in bulk! It's a very intimidating process for first timers! The owner of DTG App, Josh, immediately reached back out to me and gave me a call. He was very kind and we coordinated a time to meet at his t-shirt company location in Long Beach - he helped me through the entire process in the most thorough manner! He printed samples for me immediately and also helped me with making sure that my images were going to print correctly on the garment. It's awesome being able to buy a sample to see the physical shirts in person before committing to purchasing anything in a larger quantity. Not only is it relatively quick, Josh shows you that it's easy to print on all sorts of different materials that other companies may not be able to do - and placements/sizes with the designs that are also uncommon, He has a sheet for price break downs, but it all varies on what shirt you choose as the base - as some fabrics and shirts cost more than others. Parking is relatively easy around here any time I've come in, there's metered parking right in the front. But it is limited so I could see how that might be an issue on really busy days/times. Josh and his staff are incredibly kind and personable. Any issues I've had, Josh has been super helpful. He's very communicative and there when you need him! They make it almost too easy really! I'd highly recommend DTG App for anyone who wants to get something printed - whether it be just one shirt or in bulk! Everyone who has purchased my shirts have loved them! I can't wait to print more! read more
