Sadly the one negative comment they had about how they don't respond and the service is not the best was the experience I had. There pricing was good the only complaint I have which is major is just communication is slow very slow and they really do not show much effort I'm sure they are busy but if you are then don't take on more. I liked that they did answer the phone whenever I called, but I didn't like that they were communicating through email and still I had to basically call them every time to check and respond to the email. Never got my proof to review even though I was told the designer would send the proof twice. Never got a return call. I had a deadline to meet and was told it would not be a problem. I reached out to Fresh Prints Design to make custom sized labels for a baby shower. They were able to work with the treat bags I had gotten and made the perfect sized labels! They were also able to make them to match the safari theme which we loved. Jason was very communicative and made sure that his whole crew got the idea of what we wanted. We had also requested a welcome sign on foam board closer to the date and they were able to accommodate that as well and it really completed the look of the baby shower. Now I'm not bragging or anything, but this crew bend their backs for their customer. My son's 2nd birthday party was on 6/1/19, and my best friend (Rommel David) referred me to these guys 1 week before the party. I took the chance and when to see them on 5/23/19. I was so nervous because right outside their office I read they where closed on the weekend but I went in either way. The lovely Mr. Mariana was super helpful and didn't hesitate to help me even though she knew I was one of them "last minute" customer. She smiled and said "We got this. Send me your sample idea, photo's and our team will work up some ideas". 4 days went by and I received a sample from Mariana. The sample idea was great, but my wife wished to used another photo's and change add a small theme to it (happy wife happy life lol) and withing minutes, Mariana and the team whipped out the final touch for me to approve, pay, and pick up all on the same day. Behind the scene, the amazing crew is run by none other than the great Melvin. There isn't any other team as amazing, trustworthy, skilled, has great quality in their product, but most of all great service in communication and getting back to their customers than Fresh Prints Designs. Fresh Prints. Take it from me printers just don't understand. Oh, wait, that's Fresh Prince. I found these guys on Yelp with seven 5-star reviews, so I went to Office Depot and Staples for quotes for my job, which were about $155. Then I went to Fresh Prints (gotta look out for the Mom & Pops) and Melvin and his crew did the work for $80. Besides being less expensive, Melvin and Rachel took the time to get what I needed done right, which was hard because the double-sided printing alignment was off, even going beyond my expectations by putting my document back into design and making alterations until it was fixed. I really, really wanted a shirt that I had seen on a band member at a concert, but when I went to their merch table I was told that it was a custom printed shirt and not available for sale anywhere! But a few days later I was visiting LB, and on the last day of my visit I stopped by Fresh Prints. Based on a photo they were able to make the exact same t-shirt for me. In just one day! The quality of the printing is really good - it hasn't come off at all, and I love the super soft American Apparel tees they printed on. I would give negative stars if I could. FreshPrints has messed up every possible step of the ordering process. We were given extremely low quality jerseys and jackets for our climbing team. The screen printing began falling off immediately, even when hand-washed and air dried. When we complained, FreshPrints was not helpful in reaching a solution. I was told to gather the defective merchandise for collection and to be fixed by the company, but this issue arose right before finals week and winter break, when my team was back home and I had no way to gather the gear. I was told that I was unable to get a refund because "too much time had passed" when I was more occupied with trying to pass my finals and spend the holidays with my family rather than fix the mistake FreshPrints caused that my team paid a considerable amount of money for. As such, I agreed to have the gear collected. I had a pickup scheduled Friday-- no call, no show. I had another one scheduled today-- NO CALL, NO SHOW. I have been sitting in my home for two hour time windows, spending MY OWN MONEY on packaging, and no communication whatsoever from UPS and only false promises of improved behavior from FreshPrints. This company is abysmal and has wasted our hard-earned money. read more

I'm amazed this place has 5 stars, because the service I've received is quite opposite. We put in an order over a week ago for two prints, my boyfriend had to call about 4 times to have them process the order, start the order etc... He called Monday (a week after we put in the order) to ask when the TWO prints would be ready. We were told end of day Wednesday/Thursday. He went by this Thursday afternoon, and they still weren't ready! He then had to wait 20+ minutes until they were. To make matters worse, one of the prints was cut incorrectly making it wrinkle when we put it in the frame. We will not be back. read more
