Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. He sent progress photos along the way and walked me through exactly what was included: full hood, fenders, bumper, headlights, and mirrors for the film, plus paint correction before the ceramic went on. The finish came out flawless. Deep gloss, super smooth to the touch, and you can barely tell the film is there except for how well it's protecting the front end. Pricing was fair for the coverage and warranty (10-year PPF, 5-year Gtechniq CSL), and the car was ready right on schedule. We got a Mercedes EQS and wanted the front end protection. They had the best price by far. Tech came to our home and cleaned the area, clay bar used, hand cut and tucked edges where appropriate. They spent about a half day to do the job. About a week later, there was some slight uplift near a round raised part of the bumper and it took a few messages back and forth to resolve. They came back to my work location and trimmed it back about 3mm to resolve the issue. The car has now gone through a summer and winter rains and the clear protection is holding up well. We use a combination of automated car washes and home hand wash with a pressure washer. The edges are holding well and not lifting. This company will be my first call for my future cars.

They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

Since then I haven't had any need for printing and just this week I looked them up for a new order that I needed ASAP!!! Boy was I shocked! I thought for sure I wasn't going to get the same treatment as before since their business production grew 10x than before. Boy was I wrong! The owner still took the time, not only to talk me through an emergency request I needed for one of my customers but actually came down himself and then even sent one of his team members down to help me install within 24 hours! I want to thank Michael and Safeway Printing for coming to my rescue at a most difficult time. I came to him late on a Friday afternoon needing him to print a color booklet describing my mother's life in time for her Celebration of Life event the following day. Michael expressed his condolences for the loss of my mom, then he and his staff worked late into the night to print a beautiful version of the booklet that was widely praised at the event. I had two days to get something printed for a show, and waited that day and half the next for a response. Nada. Also re-stated the e-mail address and left an additional phone number. Crickets. Nothing. I have a small business and it's critical to me to whom I give work, because I can't afford to make a second or third choice. Plus I want the (vendor, shop, whatever) to actually want the work and/or value the customer. Do I have the wrong haircut? Did i go full-Tourettes and suppress it away afterwards? Not sure why such a simple request couldn't be fielded but I had to scramble for Option B at the last minute, and was unable to do some things I needed for the show. Will not come back here. They were SO very busy that NO ONE in the shop could send an quick e-mail, text or a phone call? (See reply). Sorry, but it sounds like you decided to blow it off instead.
