Every print shop I contacted refused to the job unless I ordered a minimum of 100, or paid a ridiculous price for just one card ($50+) or said it would take like a week or two. This printing shop I've worked with on and off for a long time to print simple jobs. Not instant at all. Always takes longer than other printing services. I like to support local businesses but this place never meets their promises! Really annoying especially when I've got deadlines. They forget my order every. single. time. I need to call them every so often to remind them that they need to print my order. It's ridiculous. This happens every time I submit a new order. The designs from this company are great, but the lack of communication and the poor follow through make this company one I cannot afford to use again as a business owner. I ordered flyers, and it took over a month to get them to me and when they came they were printed incorrectly. I was made aware of this problem by a staff member that had used Safeway at another business and said they were notorious for misprinting. In addition I ordered some tennis balls as a promotional item and they have now taken a month and a half and are not here. The owner of the company has taken my deposit and cashed it already and just keeps saying they are on the way and he will give me a date of arrival but never follows through with that date. So far I am out over $1000 and have not received half my product that I ordered yet. I would caution any business owner on using this company if they want quality service in a timely manner. If you have a lot of money and do not care how long something takes or you can just afford to loose a few thousand bucks then as I said before the designs are great, if you ever get to see them in person. read more
