This is ridiculous why should you have to call someone, really a place of business and hear someone not act as if they're handling customers in a customer service manner. I should not have to call a business and hear someone acting like they are "at home on an off day", if I'm calling the business to ask questions about the product and the service please be ready to treat me like a customer. Man, let me tell you, the owners of this place are Heaven sent. I couldn't find anyone to print on my store bought blank cards. I went to all the local copy and printing stores and nothing. Yes, I went to Office Max and even the local 24 hours Kinkos. They claimed it would jam their machines. Mind you, I needed to get these done on the same day so that they would be able to be shipped to the islands on time. Which was that same night. I know, so last minute. This is what happens when you think the usual printing places would help. They didn't, so I was desperate. I called other printing places only to be told that I would have to wait a few more hours and they weren't able to give me a quote over the phone. I then called Printing World and the owner advised me to come in 30 minutes and he would be able to help and quoted me on the spot. I arrived and they were so welcoming. He went over the layout with me and made me double check if everything was fine before printing. He even had his employees put some of their work on hold and processed my cards immediately. I was able to get my cards printed and cut within the hour or so. My stress quickly went away. I was literally on the verge of having a meltdown before finding Printing World. My invitations were complete because of Printing World and I can't thank them enough. You hardly come across great people like this. I decided to diy everything for my wedding in August because I thought a lot of invitation companies were over charging me for invitation packages and other stationary. I made them on InDesign and needed to find someone who could do thermographic printing so I could get those nice raised glossy printed letters.
