This hidden gem is almost literally hidden. There's a glass door to the right of the Long Beach Beer Lab's front patio that goes to the best printing shop in Long Beach. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the owner Isaiah. He helped me right away. I needed a large packet printed from a (.pdf) doc on my phone. Once I emailed my document to the shop, he printed it immediately and wouldn't even take my money. All he wanted was a good review. I told him "I'm going to write you a good review anyways," but he still wouldn't let me pay. The quality of my printouts and the customer service was top notch. I went in to print really quick yesterday, and I enter this warehouse of really busy people printing a bunch of things. I ask if I can print there and they say of course, just send it to this email and give me a business card. I send it and they printed it for me. I asked how much it was, and they were super nice about it, saying they're more of a commercial print spot so a few pages aren't really that important. So I paid and was feeling so appreciative and decided to leave a review cause they were so cool about it. They could have said no, they didn't have to, but they helped me out with printing some notes for school. If I had to print something here, I would give them my business just cause of the pleasant interaction I had with them just helping me out when I know most places would kind of just look at you were and say they couldn't help you. I appreciate the time you took out of your busy workday to help a small dude out, I hope to find a reason to print some more stuff here soon! read more

I had a great experience printing my postcards here - great quality, quick turnaround and friendly service.

TL;DR--Bad service. And I doubt their professional expertise. Give your business to another local business or even Costco before being okay with rude customer service. We were looking to have a postcard printed. I am a media professional with plenty of printing experience, so I am familiar with the process and formats. Isaiah made an attempt to help me out with my postcard, but initially was unclear about the requirements. I gave him about 9 different versions ranging from PDFs to PNGs and eventually the PSD itself. The sizing wasn't right at first because of margins and bleeds. That's fine, I made the adjustments, but it took a week to figure out exactly what he wanted. A postcard is 4x6 inches at 300dpi that's 1200x1800px. I gave him exactly that time and time again and he kept coming back to me about the image being pixelated. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I asked for screenshots so I could address the issue. But he never gave me any helpful feedback. I've attached the exact image that he kept telling me was "pixelated." You be the judge. I politely said that we'll go somewhere else and thank him. His response was, "Sounds good to me!" exclamation point and all. The whole process wasted more than a week of my time when I should have sent these postcards out ages ago. read more

I asked a delivery for Thursday and it just arrived on Friday, what was ok too because the party was on Saturday. Would have been a problem if the party was on Friday like I told them so. I worked with Sprinting to print inserts for my custom-designed wedding invitations and addressed envelopes. Sprinting provided my quote super quickly. Bit of back and forth aligning on finishing details, but their responses were always super quick and succinct, so we settled that pretty quickly. My prints were ready the same day I submitted the final artwork and the colors were spot on. I did provide Pantone references, so that may have helped, but either way, Sprinting nailed it. I'm super happy with the invites and can't wait to send them out to my family and friends. Would definitely work with Sprinting again should I ever have future bulk printing needs! read more
