This was the easiest merchandise transaction I have EVER had for my tennis business. I needed several hundred stickers made and sent Jon an email yesterday with details of the size, color, and quantity I need, and asked for a quote. He replied roughly 40 mins later with a competitive dollar amount. We spoke over the phone at 920a this morning. Immediately after, I sent him the high res digital files I needed stickers of. Three hours later, I received an email from Jon saying my order was ready for pick up. WHAT?! So awesome. :) I paid by debit card and before I signed and hit "okay" or whatever it was on the screen to finalize the payment, I noticed the dollar amount was half of what I was quoted. I pointed it out to him because I truly believe Jon did a great job of quickly executing the task, and deserved to be paid what I was quoted over the phone.
