TIKI DAVE doesn't like to write too many 'ok' reviews but this is one of 'em. I needed business cards and I saw the good reviews for the Merch Stop and I ordered some from Jon. When I went to pick them up, the fella who finally came over to help me couldn't find them. Jon then came over and pointed out that they were in plain sight sitting on his desk. I had a lot more work for Jon and he completely ghosted me. And that's that, I am sorry to say. The turnaround on the business cards was good; the price was just ok. I have moved on to another South Bay small business print shop and they have been far more attentive. read more

Had a lovely experience printing business cards for the first time! Jon was helpful and patient with my back and forth on questions. The cards were printed very quickly, and pickup was fast and easy. For the amount we printed this was pretty comparable to printing directly on Canva. Wish he would simply get a clear price list so I don't need to ask each questions separately, but Jon's lovely. read more

Ring a small business owner myself, March Stop was great. I first contacted them on Yelp through the app. I had a response within a few hours. "Stop! Collaborate, and Listen," Jon is back with a brand new vision... *singing Annnnnd after seeing my final product, I'm pretty sure Jon is a graphics wizard... My signs came out bomb.com. I was referred to Merch Shop by my Real Estate bestie (thanks Shell!). The previous company I used closed and I was desperately searching for a new place that could create and print my new real estate signs. Anyway, I connected with Jon to go over my ideas (which were quite scattered) and I was blown away by Jon's ability to understand my vision and his creativity in designing signs that reflected that vision. This was the easiest merchandise transaction I have EVER had for my tennis business. I needed several hundred stickers made and sent Jon an email yesterday with details of the size, color, and quantity I need, and asked for a quote. He replied roughly 40 mins later with a competitive dollar amount. We spoke over the phone at 920a this morning. Immediately after, I sent him the high res digital files I needed stickers of. Three hours later, I received an email from Jon saying my order was ready for pick up. WHAT?! So awesome. :) I paid by debit card and before I signed and hit "okay" or whatever it was on the screen to finalize the payment, I noticed the dollar amount was half of what I was quoted. I pointed it out to him because I truly believe Jon did a great job of quickly executing the task, and deserved to be paid what I was quoted over the phone. By the way, if any of you have ever had a crap experience getting quotes, submitting files, getting a proof, etc.... just skip that entire headache because the process is simple. Utterly blown away by this company…read more Went to a body shop to repaint a door on my brand new 4Runner that was damaged by a roofing crew. The body shop color matched the paint perfectly, however, they wrecked the clear coat either during the washing process or the polishing process (or both). I've learned that this is common with body shops. They are paint experts, not clear coat experts. There was extremely heavy swirling and a hazy patch that was about 7 square inches in size. It looked like the paint on the door could not be saved and the body shop was trying to pardon themselves of the poor work with the clear coat. I frantically looked for a paint corrector with a brick and mortar location (non-mobile). I found Concours Auto Spa and they restored they literally fixed the clear coat. Door looks amazing. The pictures do not do the job justice. If you look carefully, you can see heavy scuffing in the first picture. In the second picture there is no scuffing.

Pricing was fair for the coverage and warranty (10-year PPF, 5-year Gtechniq CSL), and the car was ready right on schedule. I had a deadline for a school project. I was in a hurry and the guy that works there help me print a poster size 18x24. For $16.50 better price than staples which is $20. The print came out nice n he cut borders with precision it look dope. I totally recommend they guys for ur printing services. read more
