So... I called in to get a quote for some flyers. They say "if you come in to the shop we'll give you a discount". No big deal, but this was all about trying to get me hooked into some weird sales funnel. I go in, place my order, and while they're working on my invoice they show me a 2nd office where they call it their "media production suite". I look at it and I'm like this isn't even clean. The other guy is trying to pitch to me about producing podcasts from this office. Meanwhile it took 30 minutes to draft a simple invoice!!!! Ok...part 2 I get my flyers back which actually look great... I have 2 signs that I needed as well that they still haven't started on! On top of this these guys are maskless and saying "it's more dangerous to wear a mask then to not" smh...super frustrating experience. read more

Omg, walk in last couple week for some name card printing, there are 2 guys and the fat guy was so rude, he talk like he never let the customer talk, I was trying to ask about the info, to just realized that ( my brother whisper in my ears, they are not wearing masks ) then ended up walking out, without further negotiation. I just called to speak to someone in "management" and/or the owner. I had the worst experience with someone named Joe Schmo. Don't exactly know what his job description is but regardless to if he is someone in management or the owner he was the most disrespectful, rude, customer service representative I've ever experienced. After requesting to speak to someone in management or the owner he got so aggressive for absolutely no reason. He could've just asked me to leave a message , pretend to write it down and/ or just toss it if he really didn't want the business. Even after me telling him I'm not selling him anything he still had the nerve to ask me if I'm going to order something then. No apology what so ever for his disrespect.
