I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

    I contacted this company almost 2 1/2 months before I was moving my company to obtain stationary…read morethinking this would be plenty of lead time. I compared prices with 2 other vendors and they gave me the best quote. I was requiring a $3,000 print job, so I guess this was not a priority for them for many reasons. I can't tell you how many broken promises I received from my sales representative. We set up appointments to meet, no phone call, no email to let me know he is running late - hours late. You would think the next time we set up appointment, he would honor it...Not at all. He told me he was running late on other appointments (that were more important than me - read between the lines) I let him know it was really jamming up my schedule when he doesn't keep his appointment, and I got more promises saying don't worry, they'll get the job done in time. I've requested paper samples, and it take such a long time to get back from them. When I review them, they are totally different, because he can't get what I chose. I've requested proofs, it takes weeks to get anything back. No return phone calls, except more emails saying they'll call me back tomorrow. Even though I call many, many times to request changes, either no response or more promises that someone will call me. You may be asking yourself why I put up with this much abuse? I thought the sales guy was a nice guy, and I thought we could be friends, so I told him his actions were very unprofessional, just to let him know my thoughts as his customer. In addition, their prices were the lowest as well, and I didn't want to start the whole process over with other vendors. Unfortunately, here I am with only a few days before my move, without any stationary. All I can say is, talk is cheap, and they sure dish a lot of it out! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any vendor.
