I called on December 2 2025 and spoke to Becky or Diana just to ask if they offer fax services and they were so nice to me and gave me excitement to see me come in to get assistance when I arrived. Devynn was so helpful to help me try to push through a fax and I had so many issues with the fax saying busy and she attempted two or three times to send it and also gave me a courtesy call to confirm that my paper did not go through and that i should come back when possible. so the next day I came back in and Becky and Diana were so patient with me to do the same process and finally it went through their time and patience with me was very valued to me as They were so polite and they joked with me as well making my day of going into work even better to start my day, thank you ladies for the excellent service you provided to me at a time of me being frustrated with the company that I needed to send my information to through fax To. read more

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this UPS Store and with how the part owner handled the situation from the start. This was my first time using this location. I live just down the street and was actually excited to finally have a nearby place where I could print and laminate regularly and become a consistent customer. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the beginning. The store manager stated she did not receive my emails, even though I had sent them multiple times. After about 20 minutes and after seeing my frustration, she finally allowed me to resend the files in person. However, once she began laminating, she did not show me the prints beforehand or inform me that there were blue lines on the images. She placed the laminated papers into a folder and walked away without letting me review them. When I finally saw the documents and noticed the blue lines, I brought it to her attention. She responded that I had already been charged and refused to refund the lamination, stating that she had already used the materials. I attempted to meet in the middle by offering to pay for two replacement prints, since the issue was only in the middle of the page and I was willing to work with it. Even then, she refused to refund any portion of the lamination and insisted on charging me, ultimately only reducing the cost to $1.44 instead of offering a reasonable partial refund or solution. I ended up wasting over an hour for four pieces of paper to be printed and laminated, with poor communication and no accountability for the quality of the work. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given how close I live and how willing I was to become a regular customer. I would not recommend this location. Save your time and go to FedEx instead. read more

Yes, I'm always at this place as you can see from my picture lol they make it easy for everyone. We just scan a barcode drop off your package and you're on your way. The people at this store are VERY RUDE. For BECKY to be a manager she was very unprofessional and not trying to help. I had a package delivered to this store with UPS saying delivered and ready for pick-up. We'll guess what the package is missing with it saying it has been picked up by CYRUS a UPS worker. The ghetto employees will steal your packages at this store. The Assistant Manager and Manager should probably receive some training in customer service. Returned a sweater here , in which no box or label was needed . However , the assistant manager told me I needed to purchase a shipping bag , although I clearly showed her my instructions stated no packaging needed . I speak with the manager and she just reiterates the same thing , but adds that the size of the bags they offer for free are small . I simply stuffed the sweater in the bag and went on about my day. The Assistant manager could've offered the free bag, or showed it to me ..... obviously, I didn't want to spend the extra money . I use to like to come to this store. The last 3 visit have been horrible. Lack of communication and professionalism. The girls there are rude and scam you for the most outrageous things. One time they taped my box ( that was already taped) and then charged me for taping it! Then I drop off am Amazon rerun they said I needed a box when the label clearly said no box needed. They all need to be retained. Most importantly they should be audit. They are definitely charging unnecessary fees to people read more

All staff members, regardless how busy they are, will ALWAYS greet you upon your entrance to the clean and organized store. Devynn has been working at this location for quite a while and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of shipping, packaging and Amazon returns. During the past few decades, customer service is at an all time low. I am grateful that my neighborhood store has exceeded my expectations for quality service! I always come to this store and lately the service has been getting worse and worse. Everytime I come there's a new few for something that wasn't a fee prior they literally try to nickel and dime you now. Had to wait outside for over 30 mins when they had a sign that said 15. The manager Becky was very sarcastic today. Normally they complete your package In front of you and this time she did not want to and because I wanted to make sure my labels they had just charged me $3 went in my pkg they got mad. Long story short I waited for them to pack my package and first thing she does is start taping it up without putting my labels inside. They she sarcastically ask me do I want to take a picture. They ain't gotta worry about me again it's just messed up we can't have anything in Compton and expect good customer service. UPS Lakewood store would never. Once inside the establishment my allergies started to go crazy. I kept sneezing because of the dust and whatever cheap fabuloso cleaning fragrance in the air. This location is kind of busy. And the prices of some of the items were ridiculous, but I guess you do have to pay for convince. Tape $6.00 and 90 cents a pound to shred some documents. That's why I'm a proud owner of a bbq pit, because not only can these things cook they burn paper too lol. I originally came for a notary but unfortunately he leaves at 2pm daily, and should have made an appointment. With this being said I contacted the Ups store in carson location is right off avalon and their notary services are stopped at 6:30 no appointment needed. So I'm currently at the Carson location, just walked in and I'm being served with no issues and no allergies. Love this store. . read more

My nightmare started October 13th. I was on my way to the airport for a 10 day vacation and I realized that I left my phone. I almost went back home to get it, but then I was concerned about missing flight. Then my daughter say, "I'll overnight it to you." When she got to the store she said it would be 135.00 for them to overnight it to me, and 14.00 for me to receive it on Monday. I made the choice to wait until Monday. On Saturday October 14th, I used the Find my Phone App to track the location of my phone and it show that it was at the UPS Store Saturday and Sunday! So how could it get to me by Monday? They didn't send it out until Monday October 16th! To top it off someone in the office put a "return to store request" without talking to me at my daughter. My phone arrive in Minneapolis by Wednesday October 18th but it was not delivered due to the "return to store request". I arrive home on October 23rd and my phone arrive October 25th.
