This location is only for oversized items. There is a location in Gardena for all shipping needs.

Location only for Express FREIGHT shipments. 151+ lbs. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the front counter. Answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. Thank you Fed Ex! read more

Horrible .. One of the members pressed Delivered on My $100 worth Makeup Package & I am assuming since they couldn't get in my apartment complex; they pressed deliever & never arrived to me. April 26, 2019 at 11:45am. Whoever delievered that day- Stole my package- If she was a female: she got lucky with makeup products; if he was a male: he probably stole it for his wife or girlfriend or re-sold it. This is very horrible service & the person was very unprofessional. I want to make sure I am ensured for myself & Every customer to be aware of these people who deliver packages. Thank You. What has happened to FEDEX!!!!!!!!! These past 2-3 months they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. ALL deliveries are 2-3 days late, but yet their tracking indicates it is out for delivery so you waste a whole day waiting for a package that is not going to show up and at the end of the day the tracking is updated saying their is a delay. I have a package stuck in COMPTON, CA going on 6 days now saying its delayed beyound their control.with NO delivery date in sight. Talked with a customer service representative who BLATANLEY flat out lied to me saying the package would be delivered TODAY. She reassured to me over and over it would be delivered. They have now resorted to LYING read more

My 84 y/o grandma and I visited your location on July 24th at 1:00pm. I WISH I KNEW THE NAME OF THE GIRL THAT HELPED US! She was amazing. Based on our experience she was "handling it". She was doing all that she could to get people in and out, she was quick. Knowledgeable, friendly. There was a line of about 4-5 people at the time Nd she was just making everyone's day and handling it! So grateful for her friendly, knowledgeable service! She never made us feel rushed, even though she was doing a lot. Great, great experience! If it makes a difference, the device ID was -BTC01. Fed ex girl, Thank you for being awesome! FedEx absolutely sucks. They didn't try very hard to get ahold of me, didn't deliver my package, and trying to get them by phone is a nightmare. The time I spent trying to get through to someone to help could have been much better spent just going to the store and buying the product. I never did get any help on the phone. read more

The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it's complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it's OK for next time. Many thanks to Rose Del Valle, Yolanda & the entire team at the FedEx Ramp for outstanding efforts to get our super urgent shipment moved out of LAX and delivered successfully to Mt. Sanai Medical Center in NYC.
