Service was very great and quick! I had no trouble finding what I needed!! Would definitely prefer this one compared to the other ups's i've gone to before. read more

This UPS store is probably the busiest I have seen, always jammed and a line out the door. I guess that's a good thing but there are always customer packages outside on the sidewalk. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Wait times can be anywhere between 5 - 20 minutes, depending on the time you go. As for value, UPS is on the higher shipping end. read more

The UPS Store - Inside UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Huntington Park, California

This was a good day. I had a package to ship out and I need to stop by a Harbor freight to get s tool. Then off to work. At first glance I saw a long line out the door and a gentleman loading hundreds of boxes just outside the door. Disappointed I am thinking the worst. I am going to be late for work, it is going to be close to 30 minutes to clear the line. Just then while in line I notice the face, I have seen her before, but I can't put my finger on where? I a few minutes the man was finished the customers ahead of me were too. I was up with my small package. Done I exclaimed wow you're fast. Then I ask her name and if was ok to use it on a positive post or review. Erica, I remember that young lady, didn't she work on Long Beach in Lynwood at the UPS Store? She was fast as lightning there and hasn't gotten any slower over here in Huntington Park. She made my day, I was able to pick up my tool shop a bit more stand in a longer slower line than hers and make it to work on time. I recommend Erica at the UPS Store in Huntington Park, she will get you on your way and your package too. read more

This was the fastest and most convenient UPS Store run I have ever made (aside from just dropping off returns and leaving). I came here to do Notary, copying, and mailing. I am so glad it was a one stop shop for me. What some people try to do is save money by going to multiple locations not aware that they are losing time. Here, I didn't lose time nor money. The Notary was $15 ( took 10mins), then copying ($1 a page) and plus mailing. This visit costed me about $25 bucks and I didn't feel worn out or had to stand in lines. On top of that, the customer service was superb. I will definitely consider this UPS store again for any future business activity. read more

Fast service, professional staff. I went in to return a package to Amazon, I was in and out in less than a minute!! I didn't get the representative name. I'm sorry but thank you! read more

Rapid service. Staff works hard in there. Kudos to them. Went in and they took care of my situation

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Personnel were polite and welcoming. I do recommend you go early because later in the afternoon it gets busy. The first time I went there was a long line of people waiting. So I did not stand in line. Went back next day early and it was not busy. So I was in and out quickly. read more

The quickest, most efficient UPS Store I have ever been to. Both ladies working here are always kind, patient, with great attitudes. Even when it's busy, lines always move along accordingly. Ideal to drop off when busy, they'll get you in and out in no time. read more

This is the Best UPS store in the city. All three of the lovely ladies do a wonderful job. They are so attentive and courteous to all that walk in. Really a pleasure dealing with all of them. Very busy store due to area and Covid and was told today they received a limit on packages can receive. Shame on UPS corporate for not letting small businesses like mine in the area fulfill their orders. Now we have to find other avenues to get our packages out amid all the madness. Note to district manager. Arrange for more pickups during the day to solve this problem and send more cooperate drivers to pick up the packages that dont complain that they have to many packages to pick up. read more

I come to this UPS Store because it's close to my job, and not only are you in and out even when there's a line, the workers here are the most pleasant, nice, kind and hard working women there! With all the deliveries and people walking I'm and out they make sure to greet you. As soon as they see me even if I'm in line they have my packages out and ready for me, they know me by name and I feel so bad because I don't know there's . But the ladies there as totally awesome, keep up the excellent work ladies! read more

I always come to this place to dropped my package the one always take care off my stuff is Erika .she always try to help me as much as we can . My favorite place to shipped my packages read more

I had something shipped to this location and was surprised that the staff is so rude. I went up to the register and the female was flirting with a delivery guy. When she saw me, her facial expression changed and she snapped at me asking me what I needed. I said I was there to pick up a box at which time she respoded, "Well, is it here?". Stupidity at it's finest. Why else would I step into the store with the receipt in my hand and wait for her to be done flirting? I will go to another location moving forward. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, these girls will offer good service and attention to your questions and needs, I have done all my services here like digital fingerprint, copier machine and shipping service. Never had a problem, they are quick and knowledgeable. read more

These ladies are a dream, genuine and always very efficient. Their services are topnotch always very professional in whatever it is they are doing. Notary, Printing Services, Large Engineer/ CAD Printouts, Drop Off, USPS Mail services, Wedding Invitations, Posters, ANYTHING they will make it happen for you at a great cost. Forget about going to Officemax or Staples around the corner those people are less than professional nothing ever comes out right with them. Nonetheless, for all your printing needs or anything else you might need they are your go-to shop! They also did my Wedding Invitations too! Stunning and PERFECTION!! PLEASE GO SEE these amazing girls! They rock, their attention to detail is on par! They will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable when leaving a package behind. I TRUST them with all of my packages 110%. Prices are always very affordable and reasonable. Remember, if you ask for a quote know that the item will arrive safe and sound. However, IF for whatever reason there are issues, please don't be rude and call them using profanity, this is not their fault. They are not driving the UPS Truck or let alone driving the Airplane transporting your package. They are simply facilitating the services to you. A UPS Center is very different than UPS Customer Support at the MAIN HEADQUARTERS for tracking purposes. Their job is done once the package leaves their facility. The rest is all handled with Corporate UPS. And lastly, people please don't be lazy, don't call to have them track your package. Do it yourself! read more

Terrible. If you want to print go somewhere else. They charge 1.50 for them to print it for you. Unreal. All other ups stores are much more convenient as well as mom and pop print services. I've never been charged anywhere else for them to walk my prints two feet to me. When I asked why they charge they got rude and said I didn't have to buy it there. Really?? Customer service? Non existent. As I walked in to the print area they see me instead of hello can I help you all they said was we don't have wireless. Why do you even exist without wireless it's fucking UPS. Again how do they not have wireless? It's a little incoherent but I'm kinda angry about how I was treated. read more

I shipped out a mug and had no clue how to ship it out they packaged it for me and my mug arrived completely safe in 1 piece. read more

I had a banner(24"*36") to print and my usual spot that I print large items was out of service. I yelped for local printing service and came across the UPS store. I called before heading out and was super happy they did offer the service I was looking for. When I showed up I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I handed my flashdrive and they quickly told me that it was something doable. They even suggested which type of paper would look best and gave me a very reasonable price(way more affordable than the other place I go to). I assume I would have to come the next day for pick up and to my surprise I was told it would be less than an hour. When I came to pick up they went out of their way to roll it up and wrap another strip of paper so I wouldn't get my finger prints smudge on it. You can't beat that kind of customer service. I was very pleased and it's safe to say I found a new printing place. read more
