I am exceptionally pleased with the service at the Staples in Huntington Park. The printing staff are always patient with my particular requests and exceptionally helpful when it comes to editing and preparing my sheets. I truly appreciate the efficiency, attentiveness, and professionalism of this store. Looking through some of the Yelp reviews, I feel the printing department gets more criticism than it deserves. In my experience, the staff genuinely do their best to accommodate customers, even when requests are not fully organized or clearly prepared beforehand. Customers can have high expectations, but they also have a responsibility to come prepared and clearly communicate what they need. I personally have had consistently great experiences and truly appreciate the patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I look forward to continuing to do business here. Thank you! read more

Very Disappointing Experience at the Print Section Horrible experience today, August 26, at around 1:40 PM. I usually go to the Downey location for my printing, but unfortunately my experience at this location was very disappointing. The lady with glasses working in the print section was not helpful at all. We asked her what different sizes were available, and instead of explaining them, she threw a paper at us to fill out and walked away. We filled it out and gave it back to her. She then asked what we wanted to print. We explained that we simply needed two small 4x6 prints on the same page, nothing fancy. She immediately interrupted us and said they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because she had about 30 orders ahead of us. There was hardly anyone in the store, so I found this extremely frustrating. She then told us that we could print it ourselves. When I asked if I could select the 4x6 size when printing it myself, she said no. I have printed many things at Staples before and have never had an experience this frustrating. I understand that there may be orders ahead of us, but the way we were treated and the lack of assistance were unacceptable. At this point, I would rather drive 20 minutes to another location than spend 5 minutes dealing with this kind of customer service again. read more

Got my order right and I didn't have to spend any more time than I had to. I will say this since they take Amazon returns I try to be in and out because for some reason Amazon returns brings in thieves, idiots and people thinking they shopping in West Hollywood than the reality that they live in HP and Bell (But not the ones from Faqra) read more

I went in to pick up my mail and since I was already there I decided to look into getting some business cards made in which I ended up getting some made. Store manager Karina ... Rude!!! I went in to drop off a package at the Amazon center, and there was a sign stating it was closed today due to today being a holiday, since when is Black Friday a holiday??? When I asked store manager Karina if she could assist me since today was not holiday. She l stated with an attitude that she could not because today was a holiday and the Amazon center system was down. With that said, she told me a completely different excuse from the employee working the copy center. To add more to it, the store wasn't even full, employees were just standing around. read more

Service here for the shipping and returns is horrible, the what time is always 5+ minutes the employees well seem to not be busy standing around and will still tell you 5-6 minutes not greeting or even a glance. Horrible customer service read more

I frequently visit this Staples location for Amazon returns and to make purchases, and today was the first time I was directed to handle my return at the main register. I was shocked to see that only one employee was working both the register and the Amazon return line--constantly bouncing back and forth trying to assist multiple customers at once. It's confusing and frustrating that such a high-traffic service was moved to a register with no added staff support. Where are the other employees? Why is one person expected to manage both lines alone? This setup not only slows everything down but also puts unnecessary pressure on your staff and leaves customers waiting far longer than they should. Staples really needs to reevaluate how they staff and organize their services. Disappointed with today's experience. - A dissatisfied customer read more

I visited Staples to send a 52-page fax and order a large print. Chris provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to answer my questions. He made the process smooth, checking on the fax's progress during the 41-minute transmission and ensuring everything worked perfectly. Though the $112 for a fax felt high Chrises dedication is why I'll return to this location! Thank you Chris read more

so the customer service isn't al that...the people are nice (most) not super helpful their almost unsure about what they're saying when it comes to helping you. on top of that the printers are trash i went to print some papers and it was so discolored the pink ink was basically orange. i wouldn't suggest going there unless you really need to and it's your last resort. i don't like leaving reviews like this but it's just gotten to a point. read more

We came in in 9/26 and was helped by a sweet lady named Lilly. She was very nice, helpful and detailed on the type of paper that would be best for our food menus. It was crunch time and our wedding was the next day so she made sure to have these done quick. Thank you Lilly they came out great! read more

This was the closest location to my home to do an amazon return. When you walk into the store, head to the right, there's a specific counter where they process the amazon returns. Associate helping me was friendly and quick, he provided a receipt, within a few hours I got my amazon refund. Other than that, that part of the store was so messy. Not sure why, but there was trash on the floor and looking a little crazy. On my way out, another associate who was standing at the registered, told me to have a nice evening. read more

I stopped by the store today today to pick up a canva order and was assisted by Lily. She was so freaking awesome and attentive to everyone even while she was working with me! She helped resize my order and saved me a few bucks since I was getting ready to hand cut 100 wedding invitations by hand! A+ service!!! Excited to go back and work on a few more wedding projects with her! read more

Workers at this location are lazy. Came 30 minutes before closing and they wouldn't do my Amazon return because " were getting ready to go home" a guy with brassy yellow hair was extremely unhelpful. They have done this multiple times prior to me before. In order to go home or clock out early, they choose not to help customers even if they still have time. They claim the station is closed even when they have workers doing nothing but standing around. If I could give this location zero stars, I would they should update their hours or hire people who actually want to work. read more

WORST STAPLES I've ever been to. WORST customer service. It took them 6 days to have my business cards ready and every day they kept changing the day that my cards would be ready. To top it off I didn't get any sort of courtesy for the hassle. The Monterey Park location helps out their customers and acknowledges when they make mistakes. Here I paid full price and was treated like a burden more than a customer. NEVER coming back here. I'd put 0 stars if the option was available. read more

Called this location in desperate need of a drum for my printer. Daniel answered the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to verify they had it in stock. Staff not too friendly or helpful. First time returning an item from a purchase i mad in Amazon. I hope I do not have to come back.

Monica (store manager) has great customer service! She helped us get some deals. Honestly best experience here.

I buy a lot of office supplies for the business. I bought ink. After the girl sold me the wrong one when I clearly gave her the picture of the one I needed I had to return the ink to get the actual one. I bought this ink March 1st before I could run out of ink, when I came to return the the product the manager would not issue a return or exchange. I didn't have my original receipt because it was a few weeks back. The manager said if I told him exact date he could look it up. I did give him exact date. He said because it was over 2 weeks he couldn't because of store policy. He didn't bother looking up. I understand he's doing his job but this is why people are shopping on Amazon because of issues like these. Office Max went out of business. Maybe these rules need to be more flexible. read more

Went in for small lamination of one card and lady told me to come back at 4 pm when It was 9am. Staples keeps using bad advertising by promoting less than actual prices online so you come to the store and Hopefully buy something else.. They have been promoting an item with a discount of more than 100 dollars but when you get to the store the item is out of stock and the actual price on their system is the real price reflecting the 100+ dollars overcharge. I've been to at least 2 stores and called at least 5 other out of my area only to find out the same story. What is this called in terms of BBB rating? The item in question was the HP 27 inch Curved monitor STILL listed for 159.99 on the stores advertising program on Google shopping. The actual price they want me to pay is $286. I wasted like 3 hours visiting stores and calling their corporate number. I guess is time to shop somewhere else. read more

Had a good experience when I went to print some homeschool material for my child. Very helpful and fast.

So I'm not sure why I keep coming back to this Staples! I guess because it's on my way home :(. But seriously, I've been waiting over 15 minutes for my 2 copies that she was supposed to print for me. Staples if you have rush times at the copy center please be proactive and have two employees at this center! Denise was working the counter and was in the middle of my job when someone arrived at the UPS counter. She then walked away while printing my file to help them. I get it, she was trying not to keep them waiting but meanwhile I was left waiting. She came back twice while still helping the UPS counter to try to finish my job. It's not her fault that she was the only person working the counter. But, maybe next time she can acknowledge the people waiting at the UPS counter, finish the person's printing at the print center and then head over to help them. Just a tip. She was very nice but get her some help so she isn't spread out too thin! read more

Had a great experience making business cards with Evelyn (I believe?). Called in to double check the process and she was very informative over the phone. Do not go to this STAPLES or shop at STAPLES at all, take your business elsewhere. I literally spent the past 10 minutes writing a detailed review that was instantly removed! Long story short. I purchased a monitor here and chaser #2017531 sold me a warranty and literally said that this warranty was "cool" because I didnt have to submit much proof of a faulty product or return the product because the warranty company (asurion) had no need for it, He said that I can give away the product, sell it, or throw it away! My product simply stopped working so I recycled it. Meanwhile a claim was made and I didn't hear back. I finally called after a few months, because I have time now because of the holiday break, and I have previous attempted to reach someone and spent hours going in loops. Point is, I was updated on my claim, changes were made to my initial application, and the claim was approved. I was told that I would need to mail in the product and in return I would get a gift card with the amount that I spent for the product (200). I told the rep what I was told about this employee, and shared that I no longer have access to the product. She then transferred me to a corporate manager who shared the same thing, and after reiterating to her the situation she had the audacity to "advise" me to personally go to this store and speak to the employees about their miscommunication.... SINCE WHEN DO CONSUMERS HAVE THE POWER TO EDUCATE EMPLOYEES OF A COUNTRY WIDE CORPORATION? I can't make this up! She then transferred me to a customer rep, who attempted to help, at this point I don't even know if they can help because they were stern with their "policy" but she still wanted to "help" and shared that there WAS NO NOTE ON MY CLAIM OR PREVIOUS CONVERSATIONS! This is extremely unprofessional, irritating, and a waste of my time, energy, and money. Again, take your business elsewhere! Now lets hope they don't delete this post either! Trans #3278 read more

I print all the time, but I usually go to FedEx because I'm use to it. I got a printing services coupon in my inbox over the weekend so I said, "I guess I will try out Staples for printing." Nope! No. No. No. Not a good idea. My first STAPLES printing experience did not leave me wanting more. I get it providing pleasant customer service at 6pm can be just too much. But, the guy who helped me was condescending, unhelpful, stand offish, and all together the wrong person for a customer service position. I'm not rating the location any lower because I've been satisfied with my product purchases from this location on numerous times. I really want to use the coupon I was emailed by STAPLES so I hope not all STAPLES printing department have unhappy employees. Thanks for all your help Angel. read more

I went by this morning , December 6,2020 to print out flyers for my missing dog. I told the lady at the printing station that I did not want to do self printing because I didn't know how to use those machines. Despite that she still told my boyfriend and I to use them and so we did. We didn't know how to correctly place the paper in the copy machine therefore the 200 flyers we printed came out messed up with only half of the flyer showing. I then called the girl and told her that I told her that I didn't want to use the machines in the first place because I didn't know how to use them and not I had 200 flyers messed up therefore I wasted $30 for no reason. She offered to refund me and asked me for my reciept. We selected the option to print the receipt although the receipt never printed. there was a reciept already there on the copy machine before we started using it and the girl asked us if it was ours and then laughed saying "whos email did you guys use" Because she thought that was our reciept. This is something I found insanely rude because she was just assuming. at the end of the day I ended up spending another $30 on 200 sheets of flyers & she never refunded me. If I could give this girl 0 stars I would. I Definitely do not blame staples though, I wish I got the girls name so I could list it on here. read more

I have been looking into purchasing an amazon fire stick for some time now. I happened to stop by this staples and after waiting in line and taking the empty display to the register, the staff said they were sold out. (Empty displays are showcased to show stock). So, I decided to come back another time. I did this three or four times all the while carrying the display to take to the register- only to be told again that they are sold out - to make a long story short.... Please notify people that an item is sold out... Especially if it's a popular item and it's a giant waste of time to wait in line only to be told that an item is out of stock. Edit: High theft items are kept in a back storage room. Ask about their current stock before lining up. read more

(Tonight is Yelp review night--haha) So I had last minute prints and I came to Staples and let me just say I was a bit concern reading the reviews so I took my USB and emailed them my document so they wouldn't say they never received the file.
