I've had iPhones since 2007 and never cracked a screen until this year! Paul replaced it for me. He gave me 2 options (2 types of glass). I chose the less expensive option, because I thought I might not keep this phone longer than 6 months or so. Well, unfortunately, the new screen didn't work well. It caused some glitches with the display and made my battery run down very quickly. I went back a few days later and Paul replaced my new screen with the higher quality one. I would have been happy to pay the difference but he did not charge me for the 2nd new screen and now it's working perfectly. Anyway, great service and super nice guy. My phone screen was shattered and Paul replaced it quickly. I opted for the LCD screen since it was cheaper. After a week I noticed it was draining my battery much faster than my old screen. I have never written a review on this app before, but the service here went above and beyond! I came in because my back glass cracked, and I also wanted to replace my phone battery. Mr B. Was clear and concise every step of the way from the pricing to the process. When I came back to pick up my phone he had told me there was an issue replacing the battery (which he had previously mentioned maybe an issue) and the front screen stopped working. He showed me the issues when I got there and replaced the front screen at no extra cost even after I insisted to charge me what he felt was fair! After all was said and done he also put on a screen protector and gave me a temporary phone case on the house!!!!! My husband broke the glass on his iPhone Max Pro 11. Rather than going to an Apple store he wanted to support a local business in order to get it fixed, so we turned to Yelp for recommendations and found Mobile One Communication. He requested a quote and was contacted by Paul, the owner, who informed him of his options. We brought the phone to his repair place, which is inside the Do It Best Hardware Store. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't have an original OEM screen and replaced the cracked one with something comparable. A few days later there were problems with the screen and eventually it went black. We contacted Paul and he said to bring the phone back. He put the old screen back in, refunded our money, and told us he would find us another replacement. About a week later Paul called to say that he had a replacement screen. In addition to providing excellent customer service, Paul is operating in a completely safe manner. He wears masks and gloves and provides hand sanitizer for his customers. He wipes the phone completely with a sanitized cloth before handing it over and even gives you an additional cloth to wipe it with. We would definitely return to him if our phones are in need of repair. Parking is also convenient. There is a lot in the back, metered street parking in the front, and free street parking nearby. read more
