Hary (I believe that was his name) fixed it and returned it looking like a brand-new iPhone the very next day. I dropped my computer in January of 2026 and completely cracked my screen. I brought it for for a repair, and they were able to fix my screen within 24 hours for $350. I was very happy with the service until my screen cracked from a very light touch in May of 2026. I was puzzled that a simple touch to the screen would crack it so easily. After the initial repair, I have always been very mindful of how I interact with my computer, as I work from home and need my computer on a day to day basis. I brought it back to Gadgetneeds to explore solutions. While I was telling the reps what happened one of them asked me "do I believe I the words I say? You must have done other damage to it." I told them that it is really bad business to insist that a customer is lying, and that I refused to pay $350 again to only be faced with the same issue in 4 months. I recommend avoiding this business. It is unfortunate that Gadgetneeds is not only able to stand by their work, but also questioned my integrity while trying to make this repair happen. I desperately needed to replace my iPhone 13 Pro battery. After reaching out to multiple shops locally, Gadgetneeds gave me the best quote (especially since I wanted an authentic Apple battery replacement). Most of the other places I reached out to only had third party batteries or were charging more for the authentic Apple one. It was super easy to get a quote through Yelp's Projects and make an appointment, although they take walk-ins as well. Changing the battery took about an hour as the battery arrived 0% charged, but normally should take less than 30 min. Battery is definitely holding a charge well and also includes a 3 month warranty for any issues that may come up. The owner is also very personable and a great person. Another customer came in needing a phone charger, mentioning he lost everything in the Eaton fire. The owner kindly gave him one for free. Paulo is lifesaver! Very nice human being. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. While I was waiting, I bought us a Starbucks; and before I finished my coffee, he was already done! He even recommended the brand of protection glass I should get and offered to put it on as a courtesy, once delivered. Just FYI. My ipad air 4's screen stopped responding to touch. I took it to the apple store and they told me it would be over $300 to fix, or I could just recycle it with them for free. Harry initially quoted me $190 to replace the digitizer which I agreed to. Upon opening up the device, he noticed that the device's components did not need replacing and that there were just some loose connections causing the issue. Worst computer repair experience that I have ever had. 4 weeks ago I left my computer with a guy(Tao) on Green Street in Pasadena. 2 weeks ago I get a call from a gentlemen on Washing Blvd at this establishment. I left after splitting the bill(paid1/2 out of kindness), shouldn't not have paid a dime. I left with my Laptop in a box in pieces and not all of the pieces. I never received a call from them, I called each time to get a status update. Hands down worse service ever, horrible communication, poor customer service and did not fix the issue nor did they communicate and that would be alright had they communicated. It just needed to be communicated and I needed to de told that was the result. Stay away from these guys for your computer repair needs especially if you have a Microsoft Surface product.
