I desperately needed to replace my iPhone 13 Pro battery. After reaching out to multiple shops locally, Gadgetneeds gave me the best quote (especially since I wanted an authentic Apple battery replacement). Most of the other places I reached out to only had third party batteries or were charging more for the authentic Apple one. It was super easy to get a quote through Yelp's Projects and make an appointment, although they take walk-ins as well. Changing the battery took about an hour as the battery arrived 0% charged, but normally should take less than 30 min. Battery is definitely holding a charge well and also includes a 3 month warranty for any issues that may come up. The owner is also very personable and a great person. Another customer came in needing a phone charger, mentioning he lost everything in the Eaton fire. The owner kindly gave him one for free. Paulo is lifesaver! Very nice human being. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. While I was waiting, I bought us a Starbucks; and before I finished my coffee, he was already done! He even recommended the brand of protection glass I should get and offered to put it on as a courtesy, once delivered. Just FYI. ALL places charge $300+ to replace the S23 Ultra screen so please protect your phones...lol. So, it was refreshing for the quality of service to match the price I paid. Warranty is only 90 days so hopefully all goes well, moving forward. Samsung & Verizon suck for saying my phone had to be replaced instead of just fixing screen; saying it had to do with it being a 5G phone...$@&#€% damn near ALL phones have 5G capability now, wtf?!?! Worst computer repair experience that I have ever had. 4 weeks ago I left my computer with a guy(Tao) on Green Street in Pasadena. 2 weeks ago I get a call from a gentlemen on Washing Blvd at this establishment. I left after splitting the bill(paid1/2 out of kindness), shouldn't not have paid a dime. I left with my Laptop in a box in pieces and not all of the pieces. I never received a call from them, I called each time to get a status update. Hands down worse service ever, horrible communication, poor customer service and did not fix the issue nor did they communicate and that would be alright had they communicated.
