I loved when I shopped here a week ago on Friday, April 21st. José the server was extremely helpful at selling me a used unlocked iPhone cheaply and what is more he helped install the SIM card to use with Verizon wireless. Great job I give credit to José and keep up good business. read more

Super friendly and nice place to get your phone fixed! The staff are very kind people!

In the past I have recommended them in a heart beat. After today, not a chance. I went in for a external charger and they conned me all the way right out of $20. The charger is useless and I can't get my money back. Make sure you check everything and don't grab something new instead of what they were using. read more

I'm sorry the previous customer had such a negative experience with this place. My experience was the exact opposite. In fact, my experience was so good I feel compelled to write about it. My first yelp review, although I use yelp constantly! I first tried metro pcs after trouble with AT&T in Pasadena and the non-existent reception I got in my apartment. Miracle! I could finally connect with the outside world without using Skype. And so much cheaper too! Fast-forward a couple of months-- I broke my previously unlocked AT&T iphone that I was using with metro pcs and was forced to use an older, previously water-damaged phone. All was fine and the service was great, until I updated with iTunes. After that my phone continuously searched for reception, found it, and then dropped the signal again. During the next several days I ended up going to 5 different stores and called the 888 number at least 4 different times for help. I was "this" close to signing another contract one of the bigger named companies when I finally stumbled upon this place. After explaining my situation to the woman at the front desk she immediately called her tech. Ten minutes later, he was sitting behind the desk with tools in hand trying to figure out why my phone kept losing signal. He cleaned off some of the water marks, updated my phone through their servers, and gave me his honest assessment of the problem. He even advised me NOT to buy something I thought would help! I ended up having to go back to the store later that evening because the initial "fix" didn't work--remember, my phone was water-damaged. After retuning, however, the tech knew exactly what the problem was and how to help me. He spent the next 20 minutes assessing my phone, and made sure it wouldn't drop signal again. It hasn't! The service I received here went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for individualized, high-quality customer service. I'll definitely be back. Thank you! read more

This guy was awesome, I had the hardest time getting my service hooked up and all of my information transferred over from my old phone. He really took his time to help me, he was very professional and personable at the same time and he didnt charge me an arm and leg. I would recommend this store to everyone Thank u Jose read more

****Beware**** This place is shit! My fiance took his phone to have the screen repaired. Charged 170 for Iphone 7+. Got his phone back and was having issues with his phone. It kept turning on and off. Took it to Sprint who sent the phone to Apple. Apple sent it back to Sprint saying that parts were swapped from the phone. Don't trust them with your phones! 0 stars read more

POOR Phone Service Caller: Hi, I want to know if inon metro pcs a smart phone can be used with metro PCS, becuase i want a high Megapixel camera phone and Metro doesn't seem to have one. JMG Wireless: Uhh.. I'm with a customer. hold for a second. [ Okay. so, I'm not a customer or am i not as important or valuable as the other customer? That was rude. He just lost my business rather than earning my business. They don't greet customers or callers on the phone, and they don't seem courteous as to say "please." Don't get me wrong, I didn't ask for a VIP treatment. But I didn't expect a non-courteous, and rude respond. At least I expected a professional attitude, not a lukewarm under trained novice.] [After a quick hold] JMG: It's better you come to the store so I can explain better. Caller: Why exactly ? Can't you explain simply "how things work" in a quick phone call? Why should I waste Gas, and Time, to find basic information if I"m not guaranteed to be satisfied? I want to know In Advance What I want will be available. Had JMG convinced me that my demand would/ or could be made, then I would have made the trouble to visit the store. He lost my business. Poor Conduct of Business Attitutde, in other words, the experience was not professional. I'm not going to spend $300 Not knowing What I'm getting into or being explained What the Metro Could do for my plans. .. enough said. read more

I was not pleased with the service at all. The female employee was amazingly rude, she would talk about me in spanish to other colleagues, not realising that I could understand her. I was told my phone would be ready in 24hours which it was not after 2 days so when I got upset she told me I could just leave the store and take my phone. I don't think that is how you gain new customers. I don't advice anybody to use their non existing service. read more

I'm new in the area and came across this store and decided to stop in to ask a few questions about possible service with metro. The girl that greeted me was nice and seemed more than glad to answer the questions, and probably dumb questions that I had. She was very patient with me and explained thoroughly what my options were. My brother had recently did and update to his iPhone and it screwed everything up on his data. We asked if they could check it and she referred us to the tech that was working on another phone at the moment but he approached us to find out what the problem was. He was also very polite and gave us an estimated time and possible reasoning for the problem he had. I got new service, and my brothers phone was fixed and working shortly after! If you ever have any issues with a phone, this tech seemed to know his stuff pretty well! Highly recommend read more

I was very displeased with my service here. It was honestly the worst service I have ever gotten and such a waste of time. I had cracked my phone screen and went here to get it fixed, which it was. However, weeks later the phone screen randomly stops working. I went to apple to see what the issue was and because I went through a third party to get my phone fixed, they could not do anything for me. Don't waste your time going here if you broke your phone, just pay the extra money and take the time and go to Apple. It's much faster and saves you money in the end. Also, the female employee is very rude, and when I tried to call and explain my situation she sounded annoyed and upset. Overall this place is the worst and I would not recommend going here. read more
