Stumbled upon this place after the ol' iPhone screen literally stopped working. Literally stopped, and still no idea why or how. I did a quick search of the area and found iRepair. I was quoted $65 for a screen replacement and ended up paying closer to $100 - but if you have cash, they don't charge you tax (hint hint)! They were fast and pretty sharp with their turnaround (was told 20 min but they only took 10 min to replace). The screen is slightly different than the original but that's what I paid for. Overall, very solid spot and will come back in the future if I have any other iPhone issues. read more

Hi Yelpies, I found this place after I accidentally cracked my screen when I replacing a laptop case lol. I didn't have Apple care since I bought the laptop from someone. Apparently , Apple will charge around $500 or more based on the damage for screen repairs. I was considering buying a new laptop but I love this one. This place has a small parking lot but there is plenty of street parking. I was given the quote of $300 for the repair. Since, I went on a Saturday I picked up my laptop on Monday since the screen had to be ordered. My laptop is now in perfect condition after the screen repair. The screen is a bit darker than the original so brightness might change. The staff was friendly & open to questions. read more

I contacted iRepair for a few minor issues to bring my 7 year old Samsung Galaxy Note 9 back to new. 1) the back of my phone had some cracks. 2) the bottom charging port didn't work, but I would use wireless QI charge. 3) my battery would last half a day under moderate/ heavy use, but it wasn't draining rapidly or anything like that. My phone had been in this condition for some time and was still functional so repairs weren't urgent. But now that it's repaired, I feel much better. Now my phone is looking flawless, battery is lasting longer and I have the option to use the charging port say if I'm traveling/planning to use a power bank. Took 25 minutes for the installation of the new battery, glass case back, and charging port. The work was done professionally. Very good rate for the repairs. I'm so glad I came here. There was two small cracks on the right corner of my MacBook screen that made the right part of my screen blacked out. I supplied my own parts. back glass was shattered. He fixed it at a very reasonable price. My phone is also not a common phone. He did the job in 30 minutes. I went to dinner and by the time I was done the phone was ready. There was some excess glue afterwards that I had to clean up myself, but since it was a 30 minute job I'm ok with it. Cleaned it up myself and phone is looking brand new. Will return for when I need repairs on electronics. read more

I called the shop up yesterday afternoon, and was quickly quoted $70 for an iPhone 11 screen repair/replacement (they even took the time to text me the address after the call was completed). As this was the first screen repair I have ever paid for, I admittedly can't say for certain if it was a good price (my price comparison efforts were limited) - that said, this *did* appear to be significantly less expensive than what I saw listed for a nearby competitor ($120-170+), so I decided to give this shop a try. The gentleman I interacted with (I'm guessing he's the owner) was exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. He provided a wait time estimate of 15-20 minutes ... if I'm being honest, it felt like the total repair time was probably closer to 5-10 minutes (I didn't start a timer or anything, it just seemed blazing fast). The quality of the work seemed well done, and the waiting area was comfortable (magazines and bottled water were furnished for waiting customers). Parking was readily available on the curb, and there appears to be a parking lot behind the shop as well. It's pretty rare that I am this impressed by a vendor/business. 5/5 Stars, easy. read more

Very fast service! My phone got ran over in the morning before work by my carpool driver, he was in a rush. Therefore both the screen and display was damaged! Another expense I have to deal with that I didn't plan. I was so sad, I called multiple places near my work in Westwood and they were either out of the way in Santa Monica (I had no car because I carpooled) or costed 199$+. One even told me to wait until Saturday and it was a Wednesday! At this point, I just wanted fast and convenience. I saw on Google people rating iRepair fairly high so I gave them a call. They quoted me and gave me two options, I chose the inexpensive one. I'm ok if the coloring is off, I just want my phone to work again! I had an iPhone with a malfunctioning power button. I got a quote from a different repair business but they didn't have parts and told me it would take a week, so I called IRepair and spoke to Jerry who not only stated parts were in stock, but quoted a repair that was nearly half the cost! After I picked it up, Jerry mentioned that some one (the first business that I mentioned previously) did a poor job of replacing the battery, which I had them do 6 months before. Jerry stated the way they secured the cable placed strain on the power button cable until it ultimately failed. Lesson learned? I'm going to use IRepair going forward.
