I got a quote from a different repair business but they didn't have parts and told me it would take a week, so I called IRepair and spoke to Jerry who not only stated parts were in stock, but quoted a repair that was nearly half the cost! After I picked it up, Jerry mentioned that some one (the first business that I mentioned previously) did a poor job of replacing the battery, which I had them do 6 months before. Jerry stated the way they secured the cable placed strain on the power button cable until it ultimately failed. Lesson learned? I'm going to use IRepair going forward. Needing a replacement charging port for my older iPhone I called several repair shops. Most quotes were around $65.00 with a 3-4 hour repair time. One place quoted $95.00 with about a 3 hour repair time. I called iRepair and was quoted the normal price. I decided to go there since it was close by my house. I'M SO GLAD I DID!! Came here to get my Samsung Galaxy S-23's screen fixed. Accidentally dropped it in the toilet when I was installing a new shower curtain (the toilet water was clean you sickos!). It wouldn't turn on and I was devastated that I may have lost years of personal and private photos. Thankfully the technician was able to open the phone and transfer all my data to a new phone. I tried calling before my arrival, phone number went straight to voicemail. I arrive and the hours in yelp and maps says this location is "open" and of course it isn't. I knocked, walked to the back to make sure there wasn't another door and nope. No one is there, no sign with hours or days of business.
