Both of our phone batteries were worn out, so we brought in original batteries. The shop was willing to replace them, charging only for the cost of the replacement. Highly recommended! The owner was very patient in explaining things, the staff were skilled, and we were able to pick up our phones in 3 hours. Thank you so much! 兩支手機電池老化，我們帶來了原廠電池，店家願意更換只收取換電池的工本費用。非常推薦，老闆解釋很有耐心，員工技術佳，3小時就能取件了。非常感謝。 read more

Terrible service, waste of time and money. I recommend going to real professionals. They do no real diagnosis and sit on your computer for days guessing a diagnosis. If you value your computer go elsewhere. read more

Friendly and fast service. Got my laptop screen fixed within a week for a fair price instead of having to buy a whole new one and it's good as new. The owner was very honest with the condition of my laptop and allowed me to consider other options in regard to pricing but in the end I'm glad I stuck with them. Highly recommend! read more

I found this laptop for sale for $25 and on the description they advertise that it would be $15 additional in order for me to get the charger to come with it I came by to just look at the unit and confirm that the unit is no longer part of any schools circulation therefore making sure that the laptop has been discharged from circulation at any school institution. Upon arrival and during the testing phase while I was looking at it the operating system was outdated the speakers did not work so basically this was offered as an as is unit. I had to ask several questions to the owner regarding the history of this unit. In which he did comply to answer my questions. I am hoping to come back again soon and purchase more. Please contribute by coming to this place and having your computers repaired and or service they also work on consoles and tablets. read more

Always helpful and polite. Sultan was quick to fix my phone. And it looks brand new! I highly recommend coming here. Prices are reasonable I paid 99 dollars to get the whole screen replaced since it wasn't turning on. I'm sure there's other places that charge more. I don't have a before picture but I'm content with the aftermath. read more

Sultan is a truly honest businessman. I almost destroyed my beautiful HP Spectre by spilling water on and under my laptop twice! and one day it just stopped working. I took it to Sultan's repair shop and he walked me through different options that I had. He gave me a very honest and reasonable quote for every option that I had and because I insisted on fixing the laptop no matter the cost, he took the computer, changed the mother board, fixed other PO arts that needed repair and gave it back to me nice and neat in one piece! I really liked doing business with him. You can easily trust him and know that he is not going to charge you for something unless it is necessary to repair your device. Highly recommend this electronic repair shop! read more

Everyone was great here. Sultan, Manuel, Peter...and more...you all saved me:-) Honest, reliable & affordable. It's COVID time and who has extra money these days, well, most times. My PC decided to die out of nowhere, it's the norm really. I had no savings put away for this, nothing! All seemed to happen at once for me, medical problems and now this, ugh! Their pricing for diagnostics was lower than most. Their customer service and friendlyness was awesome too. They fixed the problem in no time and it was affordable, YAY! Also, when I got home, I was doing something wrong and they helped me on get through it on the phone. Customer service followed me home too :-) can't beat that. read more

Priceless Computer - My "Mikka PC" was fixed. She was the back-up to what actually broke. BTW, the labels were there b4 - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - San Gabriel, California

I was on the fence about whether to give a two star or three star review. I brought in a phone that had been run over, and they were very responsive about fixing it that same day which I appreciated. They had the parts on hand, and they did fix it by the time they said it would be ready. it was the replacement of a front screen and a back screen Problem is the phone didn't work well after that. In replacing both the screens, they didn't check to see if the camera would work or if the charging port would work for charging or wire headphones. The charging port was screwed up and the phone wouldn't charge consistently, and the camera was blurry so I never should have saved the phone , had I known that earlier, I never would have paid them for the front and back screen replacement. read more

I took my Acer desktop to Priceless Computer because I have a defective power supply. Even with the defective power supply, the computer still turned on. After Priceless Computer's technician worked on it. The desktop no longer turned on. When I asked the technician and owner, they both said, "oh, it never turned on in the first place". The place is dishonest. I would never go back. read more

My Dell laptop battery went dead. I wasn't sure where to take it in. Priceless Computer came up on Yelp with high review. I went by and the owner was very straightforward and gave me the complete price for the repair. He said it would take a week and it was done faster than promised. Such a great experience and the price seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend Priceless Computer. read more

I walked in without an appointment. My concern was loss of my QuickBooks data after the computer had crashed. It appeared to have shorted out ( screen flashing, loud buzzing noise). After checking, they told me the computer was wet inside. (It's possible that a visiting pooch peed on it.) They were able to get it running (with no guarantee because of the water damage). I was able to recover my bookkeeping data (for almost a whole year) and save it onto a thumb drive. I think the price was reasonable. Service without an appointment was same day. I have used this company a few times in the past for cellphone repairs. Those were always done quickly and at reasonable price read more

Brought my 24" 2007 iMac in because one of the fans was making noise. I was very happy with the service and price for this kind of computer repair. First suggestion they gave me was that it wasn't worth fixing because the computer was so old. That made me feel really good because I knew they weren't just trying to make a buck on unneeded repairs. I chose to get it fixed anyway and they replaced all 3 fans for about 20% less than they originally estimated. This included hunting down the replacement parts for such an old Mac and the labor. Very professional, excellent value, and my iMac sounds as good as new. They also gave me the old parts to show me what they'd replaced and the specifics of the broken fan that was causing all my noise issues. All-in-all a very positive and affordable computer repair experience. read more
