I found this laptop for sale for $25 and on the description they advertise that it would be $15 additional in order for me to get the charger to come with it I came by to just look at the unit and confirm that the unit is no longer part of any schools circulation therefore making sure that the laptop has been discharged from circulation at any school institution. Upon arrival and during the testing phase while I was looking at it the operating system was outdated the speakers did not work so basically this was offered as an as is unit. I had to ask several questions to the owner regarding the history of this unit. In which he did comply to answer my questions. I am hoping to come back again soon and purchase more. I was on the fence about whether to give a two star or three star review. I brought in a phone that had been run over, and they were very responsive about fixing it that same day which I appreciated. They had the parts on hand, and they did fix it by the time they said it would be ready. it was the replacement of a front screen and a back screen Problem is the phone didn't work well after that. In replacing both the screens, they didn't check to see if the camera would work or if the charging port would work for charging or wire headphones. The charging port was screwed up and the phone wouldn't charge consistently, and the camera was blurry so I never should have saved the phone , had I known that earlier, I never would have paid them for the front and back screen replacement. read more

Brought my 24" 2007 iMac in because one of the fans was making noise. I was very happy with the service and price for this kind of computer repair. First suggestion they gave me was that it wasn't worth fixing because the computer was so old. That made me feel really good because I knew they weren't just trying to make a buck on unneeded repairs. I chose to get it fixed anyway and they replaced all 3 fans for about 20% less than they originally estimated. This included hunting down the replacement parts for such an old Mac and the labor.
