My friend's iPhone 17 suddenly went completely dead, and no matter what we tried, we couldn't get it to turn on or respond at all. The staff at this shop responded to my service request very promptly. After we handed him the phone, it literally took him two minutes or less to get it working again, and everything was back to normal! What impressed us even more was that he didn't charge us a single cent for the repair. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their phone! read more

My son jumped into the pool with his Galaxy S24 Ultra still in his pocket, and the charging port took the hit -- it wouldn't charge at all afterward. I Fix For U got it working again within hours, and I couldn't be happier with how they handled it. They diagnosed the issue quickly, offered to look at the battery and other parts, and gave me an honest, upfront price before doing any work. The repair itself was fast -- the phone was ready the same day. Everything works perfectly now: charges normally, no lingering issues. What stood out most was how straightforward and knowledgeable they were. No upselling, no scare tactics about the phone being "basically dead" -- just a clear fix at a fair price. For anyone who's had a phone take an unexpected swim, this is the place to go. read more

They did an amazing FAST job. I did project request message through yelp and they responded within minutes. Got there, they worked on my phone and put on a free screen protector as well. I had a cracked screen on my iphone 14 plus, it was $140 for a soft oled screen replacement. I have another phone I need to fix and I will definitely go back for their service. read more

I needed to have my iPad Charging port replaced and I called around a few places. This company gave me the lowest quote and I raced down there to leave my iPad...Well, I was pleasantly surprised when the tech asked if I wanted to wait about an hour while its was repaired! I really was thinking it'll be a day or two but an hour? And the lowest price? Sign me up! I highly recommend this place for all your cell phone and iPad repair needs. read more

Messaged the team there and they got back to me very fast! I drove over and dropped off phone for about 20 minutes. They put a new battery into my older model phone and gave me a new screen protectors on the house. The value was great as a regular Apple Store was charging me about 150 For the whole service. Their estimate matched and I paid around $90. I would def come back to this shop! Their service was top notch! read more

This place was my go to and Mark always fixed my phones for me. I brought it back after screen was replaced for a dusty camera issue and Some other guy was working that day but when I got my phone back, my settings said aftermarket camera and not supported. So I'm sure that other guy took my genuine camera and swapped it with an aftermarket camera. Now when I take pictures the settings is set to 2X everytime I open the camera app which is not an Apple camera characteristic. Beware taking your phone to this place and always ask for mark to fix your phone. read more

Went in for a new backscreen and battery for my iPhone 14 Pro at the end of July. Backscreen replacement was great, 5 stars. Battery replacement was a low quality 3rd party battery that wound up leaking fluid into the phone and could not be replaced by Apple. Lesson learned. Pay $100 for a 3rd party battery and you have a risk of giving your iPhone terminal cancer within 1-2 months. Go oem battery for $100 at Best Buy or Apple if you haven't already swapped your battery for a 3rd party one. Also Apple care seems worth it. read more

Great and fast service. Very happy with the service. Price was reasonable to fix my issue. Would recommend.

This repair shop is incredibly professional and trustworthy! I brought my iPhone in for a charging port failure, and the technician diagnosed the issue right away without any hidden fees. He walked me through every repair step clearly, answered all my tech questions patiently, and finished fixing my phone super fast while I waited. The workmanship is flawless--my phone works like brand new, no loose parts, no screen glitches, everything fits perfectly. The pricing is transparent and way more reasonable than official Apple stores. They even double-checked all functions after repair to make sure nothing was wrong. I really appreciate their honest, skilled service. No upselling unnecessary parts, no sloppy repairs. I already had past issues with the shop when I went in February to get a laptop screen replaced because they damaged my laptop cover with the screwdriver which left a permeant carving. I tried disputing it with my credit card but the merchant lied saying I never contacted them back about the issue. Even though I emailed 2 separate times, called like 4 which one of the calls lasted 10 minutes of me trying to get a refund, and went to the shop 2 separate occasions. I did not immediately approach them right away, I had class after the pick up because I am a college student. I also didn't re-contact my bank back because it is too much effort, I had midterms during then, and if they need the money so badly they can keep it. Now it is July 18 and the cheap replacement they gave me has a fat yellow tint looking like a long vertical line on the left side of my screen. This 100% due to a hardward issue, and now I cannot reach out about the issue because the shop is dishonest, and disingenuous. If you want your laptop worse off come here, if not take the extra money to a different shop with actual integrity. read more

Original the repair was great. However I notice the Face ID not working as good as original screen. The repair guy say there wouldn't be a problem. Not so. The main problem that I have is cant get a detail invoice for my phone insurance. 2x wait for invoice. Both times he wrote chicken scratch so very difficult to read. Insurance didnt accept it. When last time to shop for detail invoice for paid repair. I wrote out. Just need signatures or stamp. Guy say no. They don't do detail invoice. Stay away from this store. Seem fishy read more

In an unfortunate incident on the last day of our trip, my partner dropped his phone from a dining table and it of course hit that one angle on the edge to crack a side and the screen will no longer light up The next day when we come back home, we're searching on Yelp for a spot that could replace the screen quickly. Most quotes says it would take at least 2 days cause they needed to order the screen. Price points were mainly the same (although high around $320). Out of all the locations we researched, I Fix For U in Alhambra had the screen available and could fix it in an hour! And they did a great job! read more

10/10 for this repair shop! My iPhone 16 Plus suddenly stopped charging a while ago. I tried multiple official chargers and cables, but nothing worked, and the phone would get scorching hot once plugged in. I thought I'd have to replace the entire mainboard which would cost a fortune. I came here on a whim, and they gave me full diagnostic check for free. The tech explained clearly that the charging IC on the logic board was broken, walked me through every repair plan and upfront pricing with zero hidden charges. They finished the repair the same day so I could pick my phone up quickly. Now my phone charges flawlessly without overheating, and all my work data is fully preserved with zero loss. They fixed my cracked screen on my Motorola within 1 hour. Been a month, working great. Very happy with their service.

"No fix , No fee ,No hassles" I paid for a screen replacement that did not work, and was hassled. I cracked my phone screen in December, and came here to get it fixed after reading all of the positive reviews. The initial correspondence was easy. I told Jon the type of phone I had, he quoted me $180 to fix it. It is important to know that when I asked how much it would costs, he said "$180". No other context was offered. I was happy with the price and let him fix it. Five minutes into getting my phone back, I noticed that my screen would glitch every time I opened certain app.s Then I noticed that the screen kept freezing, and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work. I immediately went back to Jon and told him about the issues, and he said he would fix it and get me a new screen within a few days. Once again, I picked up my "fixed" screen for the second time, only for it to have the same issues I was having before, just a little less frequently. Frustrated, I went back to Jon a third time and asked what was going on. He said I bought the "generic" version for $180 and that I could upgrade to a high quality option for more money that would not have these issues. I asked him why didn't he inform me of the different versions that were available when we first spoke, and he said that he assumed I wanted the cheapest version. I can only imagine that he made this assumption because I am a Black woman. It is absurd, insulting and bad business to assume what someone is willing to pay for when you are in a sales position. He then proceeded to tell me that all of the glitches, freezing and malfunctions were normal with the "generic" version, and that I would continue to experience these issues that were rendering my phone inoperable unless I upgraded to a higher quality version. Nothing of this information was offered when I initially returned the phone for issues. As a customer I don't understand why you would sell a product that you know does not work. My screen was "fixed" yet I wasn't able to use my phone for more than 5 minutes without if freezing, glitching or shutting down. This is not a fix. Furthermore, I was not initially given the option to buy a new screen that would actually work. I told him he was a scam artist and left. The 100-day warranty they offer is because they know that their products do not work and you will experience many issues. I would not recommend letting Jon fix your phone unless you plan to waste money on a phone that does not work. read more
