    Overall, I would not recommend anyone to come in to fix their phones no matter how inexpensive and "decently" priced the repair costs. I essentially lost out on $120 because the repair broke, so my iPhone 11 Pro Max is back to how it was originally before the owner attempted to fix it. And the 60 day warranty they guarantee you is not guaranteed at all. This will be a lengthy review because I want everyone to be aware of what exactly they will get into when they come to this store. Prior to arriving, I made a phone call to ask for a quote. They told me for a premium screen replacement for an iPhone 11 Pro Max, it will cost $120, which was much cheaper than every place I've called for a quote which was at least $150 and up. Hearing that price, I immediately gained hope and drove to the store. Upon arrival at the store, I see two people. One at the phone desk and another that came from the back, possibly the owner? I claimed that I made a phone call earlier in the day, but they were both confused. This was not a problem, since they probably get a handful of calls. I just want to point out that there can be miscommunication happening here, which definitely happened down the line... I brought up that I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and would like to get a premium screen replacement, which means that the LED screen will attempt to resemble the original LED colors as much as possible. The owner wrote up my info on the receipt, and he took it to the back, and within 20 minutes, the screen was fixed! The owner typically offers a complimentary phone case to the customers, however, he did not have my phone's model, so he gave me a USB charger cable instead which was great. After checking out the screen and turning on/off the phone and adjusting the screen brightness, the phone was in working condition, and I was ready to pay. The owner said their credit card reader is broken, so there's only two options: cash or Zelle. Luckily, I did read other Google reviews and the previous customers stated there were many problems with the credit card reader, so I made sure to bring cash. When I left the store, I immediately called my cousin to share the great news that my phone was fixed, and noticed that the sound was extremely weird. The volume sounded very muffled, and it seemed like the phone was underwater(?) for lack of a better word. I confirmed with my cousin on the call that my voice sounded fine, however, her voice sounded muffled. I ended the call, and tested the music, and again, the same issue was happening so it seems like any sound from the other side of the phone has issues. I tried overlooking this for a few days, however, I could not bear the muffled sound anymore, and I made a store visit again. When I arrived at 6:30pm, I saw the owner was out in front, and he was in a COMPLETE deep sleep. I greeted him normally, and no response. I raised my voice and said excuse me loudly, and again no response. I tapped on the desk, I said hello for the nth time, and nothing. I was there for about five to seven minutes just calling out, tapping and knocking on the tables, and anything I could do to wake him before I gave up. I was honestly baffled as to what to do next, since I have never experienced this before. I was aware that the store closes at 7pm, and I understand there are long days, so I ultimately decided to go home and come back again the next day, and let him rest.... .....REVIEW CONTINUED IN PICTURES.....

    Very great service. Sam was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my iPhone 14 Pro camera broke, and apple quoted me $499 to replace it, which is probably more than the phone is worth. Luckily, Green Zone tech was able to replace it for just $130. If you need to repair your iphone, this is a great place to come.

    Sam did the repair on my iPhone 13 real fast. Quality looks pretty good. I do recommend going here if you need to fix your phone fast.

I cracked my phone screen in December, and came here to get it fixed after reading all of the positive reviews. The initial correspondence was easy. I told Jon the type of phone I had, he quoted me $180 to fix it. It is important to know that when I asked how much it would costs, he said "$180". No other context was offered. I was happy with the price and let him fix it. Five minutes into getting my phone back, I noticed that my screen would glitch every time I opened certain app.s Then I noticed that the screen kept freezing, and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work. I immediately went back to Jon and told him about the issues, and he said he would fix it and get me a new screen within a few days. Once again, I picked up my "fixed" screen for the second time, only for it to have the same issues I was having before, just a little less frequently. Frustrated, I went back to Jon a third time and asked what was going on. He said I bought the "generic" version for $180 and that I could upgrade to a high quality option for more money that would not have these issues. I asked him why didn't he inform me of the different versions that were available when we first spoke, and he said that he assumed I wanted the cheapest version. I can only imagine that he made this assumption because I am a Black woman. It is absurd, insulting and bad business to assume what someone is willing to pay for when you are in a sales position. He then proceeded to tell me that all of the glitches, freezing and malfunctions were normal with the "generic" version, and that I would continue to experience these issues that were rendering my phone inoperable unless I upgraded to a higher quality version. Nothing of this information was offered when I initially returned the phone for issues. As a customer I don't understand why you would sell a product that you know does not work. My screen was "fixed" yet I wasn't able to use my phone for more than 5 minutes without if freezing, glitching or shutting down. This is not a fix. Furthermore, I was not initially given the option to buy a new screen that would actually work. I told him he was a scam artist and left. The 100-day warranty they offer is because they know that their products do not work and you will experience many issues. I would not recommend letting Jon fix your phone unless you plan to waste money on a phone that does not work.
