Simple iPhone Repair - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Los Angeles, California

First time going and it won't be my last! Very friendly and the hours are great! Super reliable!

Horrible customer service, I had called in advance if I can get my phone screen fixed and once I arrived he started helping me out and as soon as someone else walks in he stops helping me and he helps the other person, I let is slide. After he told me my phone was going to be ready the following day after a certain time, I show up and he said he "my bad" for not contacting me. I understand if he got delayed he could've contacted me. Granted I had changed my work schedule to pick up my phone at the time and he didn't take accountability for not contacting and blaming me for not calling or texted him when I had communicated that I had no other form of contact except when I have wifi. I had to call off work and I lost a whole day of work. Lastly he messed up on my screen and wanted me to pay to get my phone fixed even though it was his mistake. read more

Enrique was helpful, professional, and informative. He explained the problem with my phone, gave suggestions, and a reasonable price and opportunity for discount. My niece's phone was repaired within the hour. He explained additional issues with her battery, that she was previously aware about, and invited her to come back when she could. Great service. Highly recommended. Support local bussiness. read more

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I really dislike people and I mean businesses to waste their customers time and their own. I attempted calling and and sending messages, they replied to once message answering they're opened and but not the phone call. when I attempted knocking the door several times nobody answered or replied since then. Maybe you do good quality work but lack of poor communication really burns a business. Please don't take this the wrong way, God bless and I hope improve these areas. Good luck to you! read more

Was shopping around for the cheapest deal to fix my daughter's laptop screen that was ranging elsewhere for 475 and up! When looking for a place I was looking for someone who can replace the screen no longer than 2 days MAX! When I found this place I was told no more then 2 days, I dropped off on a Friday afternoon assumed no later then Monday I should've had the laptop back and ready for use NOPE literally I was calling back to back didn't get it back till Saturday morning!!! Was ready for pick up on Friday still took him a week said because the new screen was being shipped which made no sense if warehouse was in Walnut! Price was not the same over the phone and Zelle had to be sent prior to sale rendered! The work was good but the timing sucked! So if you need a laptop asap I suggest getting an exact ETA and not beating around the bush with time of repair read more

I have a galaxy s7 gold that needed to be fixed & fast. I called around and everyone was quoting me $20 higher than this location AND that they would need to order my part (BACK glass cover) which would range from 3 days to a week to get plus the time to actually fix the phone. This little spot had it in stock (luckily) and for an extremely reasonably price. He fixed it in about 30 mins and then let it set for another 20. Highly recommend this place. I hope I never bust my phone up but if I do I know where I'll be coming. read more

Simple iPhone Repair - My before. He put a brand new backing just like new. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Pros: - Reasonable prices for iphone screen repairs. - Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cons: - Lower quality for aftermarket screens than their competitors - Service turnaround time I was told my phone would be ready in 1-1 1/2 hrs. I showed up after an hour and 45 mins and my phone had not been touched. I still had to wait another 20 mins when I showed up to pick up. I do have to add that I was recommended the refurbished screen instead of the after market. I've had good experiences with aftermarket screens from other shops so I declined. The employee told me the aftermarket screen may be less sensitive and he was correct. The screens they stock are uncalibrated and annoying. I have constant typos and I absolutely hate this screen. But, I was given the information so that's on me. read more

Fixed my charging port, but but he broke my phone case and made me use zelle instead of my card definitely wouldn't recommend especially because this fool be taking random lunch breaks during business hours and added tax at the last minute after price was already discussed 0/10 for customer service read more

I go in, I explain the problem with my phone, he says 10-15 minutes, okay totally fine, I wait 15, I come back, "I haven't even looked at it", I wait another 15, the guy LEAVES for 45 minutes, I come back, it's gonna be another 15 minutes, 30 minutes later he couldn't fix it, I try to pay him, only takes cash, no where it says 'cash only', have to drive down the street, come back, wait for him to finish chatting with his friend, whole thing took me like 2 hours and 30 bucks The next day I go to different store, explain it to the guy, 80 and leave it for a day, I leave the store, took 5 minutes. read more

I agree with previous reviews - you get what you pay for. Enrique does really quality work - with a warranty - HELLO!!! That is awesome customer service. You only have to have one crappy phone screen repair to know how painful it is if the color is weird or the lines don't quite match up. My phone is as good as new in about 20 minutes & there is parking. Top Tip - save a bit by paying in cash. Grateful for your expertise E! read more

What's the point of taking down my number And only gave me 10 minutes to get there or else I would have to wait another hour and a half cause he "had to pick up his daughter "????? On top of it all my phone camera is not working properly any more highly sure he swapped it out for something cheaper dudes a con artist stay away!!! U gotta have exact change too if ur paying In cash wish is extremely weird very shady vibes period I knew it Ur a clown real talk u literally said a hour and half at most for the repair you give no receipts it's really weird how alllll other bad reviews all other people have other problems right .
