Very fast and efficient service will definitely come back when needed open till late as well

I took my iPhone 15 Pro, and with a cracked screen after already have gone to a different store for a quote. This place was not only cheap cheaper, but when I went back to pick up the phone after the service, I was informed that my screen was never even cracked, and it was just my screen protector. These guys were honest and told me the truth so I ended up buying a screen protector and a phone case from them. Very appreciative of the honesty, would definitely recommend. read more

DONT GO HERE! I had my phone fixed about a month ago and a black spot started to appear around the camera. I took it back since this man claim there is a 1 year warranty. As long as it wasn't damage from you dropping it, being cracked or the touch screen sensitivity. He claims i dropped it and it's my fault. I have not dropped it. I have a phone cover and screen. And it's always home because its used as a landline. I don't take it out. I googled the reason for spots after repair and it does not say nothing about dropping it. Unfortunately, I thought this man was honest but he is not. I took his word for it. He didn't give me a receipt or written warranty. That's my fault of well. So let this be a warning to you guys. After seeing how he reacts to bad reviews on here. It tells you everything you need to know about this spot. No accountability. read more

I'm grateful to find a mobile repair that still opens outside my regular work hours. Unlike IPhone, Samsung, LG, etc. my phone brand is rare within the United States and I couldn't find many places that support this brand. The owner is courteous to ease my worries about not finding the helping hand and offer issue analysis free of charge. When I am at the stand, he listens to my problems and offers a quote right away. During the fix, he shows me how to carefully and meticulously open the case to avoid damage or interfere other components. How to utilize the precision tools to handle the components connection. I learned a lot about how to fix for the type of my phone. Afterwards, he also helped me to lookup the particular battery for my phone in the USA warehouse. Thank you for the care when handling my stuff. P.s. I had a OnePlus model. read more

I was a bit hesitant when I found out. He had a kiosk at the Montebello mall, but he had great communication. He called me directly and told me exactly where he was when I got there. He was very informative and told me he would have it ready in two hours, I walked around the mall got something to eat and when I was done, he called me said everything was ready when I got there. He showed me the screen and it worked perfect I would recommend him to anybody that needs a cell phone or a laptop screen repaired to make things faster, I purchased the screen on Amazon and he just charged me the labor which save everybody time read more
