I had an extremely painless experience here. I thought that I needed to have my charging port replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro, but Daniel was quickly (like 10 minutes, quickly) able to figure out that it only needed to have the metal "fingers" inside bent back into shape to be back in working order. Because they are relatively inexpensive, even though for my needs it is a great phone I decided to get it repaired. Now, please ask if they have replacements in stock before you go in and ask about wait time. I cracked the front AND back of my iPhone and the front screen was fixed fairly quickly, but the technician let me know that my back screen would take a long time to fix because the glue needed to settle, and I that was helpful info. I paid under $200 to get the front screen fixed on my iPhone 12 Pro and the technician even informed me of the message I would get in my settings about having a replacement part. After an entire 4 years having my IPhone X without any accidents, I unfortunately cracked my back glass when my phone slipped out of my shorts on a quick run. Huge bummer.
