STAY AS FAR AWAY from this place as you possibly can. I came in for a screen issue and back glass replacement for an iPhone 12 pro max and was quoted $350 total, including a $30 up charge for an "OLED" screen that i was told wouldn't be exact (which i understood) but would be pretty darn close compared to the standard LED they would use and the back glass. I agreed and left my phone for the day. When the repairs were complete and i picked up my phone, the man at the counter (the owner, i was told) proceeded to go hand my phone to me and told me to test the phone before leaving (AND also told me they would be keeping my original screen and camera, which i thought was SUPER weird given he was using aftermarket parts but i let it be). I immediately noticed the difference in colors and brightness compared to my old screen (even comparing them to my girlfriends phone which is the exact same) but thought nothing of it. Everything worked fine until i got to the camera. As soon as i tried to use the back camera, it absolutely would NOT focus on 1x zoom, only .5x and 2.5x. I brought this up to the repairman, and he tried himself to get it to focus with no success. He told me he didn't know why this would happen (my guess is they used a glass cracking pen on my already cracked back glass and damaged the camera further) but he would replace it with another camera he had in the store. He replaced it and it still remained the same, but told me to give it a day since sometimes that helps to get it to focus again. I agreed and he told me not to worry since i still had the store's warranty for the service. The next day at work, imagine my surprise when the screen started giving me the same issues as the original one. Given that i paid a not insignificant amount for the repair, i called as soon as they opened in order to get my screen fixed. The man that answered the phone, who stated to me that he was "not an employee" and "only helping his friend, the owner, for the day" told me to bring it in and they would replace the glass again with a different one they had in the store. When i went back to the store for service, the repair guy proceeded to admit to me while replacing the screen that the $30 up charge i mentioned earlier was basically a scam and, in his own words, "i should never tell a shop i'm looking for original quality since thats an easy way for them to charge more and still use the same screen. This must have apparently been true because the screen this guy gave me AFTER the owner's repair was much brighter and closer to the tones of the original screen than the other replacement one. I was also given back my original parts after making a big stink about getting them back since the owner said he was going to keep them, which the guy THEN has to call the owner and look for since they hadn't labeled them OR placed them together (another red flag they were planning on selling my parts). After all was said and done, i was told to come back if i wasn't satisfied so they could put my ORIGINAL screen and camera back on and refund me for the cost of the front glass repair ONLY, but only if the replacement screen they gave me was undamaged (so they could return it since they weren't able to sell my parts i'm sure). Well that would've been great if i didn't work in construction and if the SEAL on the front glass wasn't so POOR that it allowed all kinds of cement dust into my phone and to cover my front camera. So whilst trying to remove only the top half of the screen (since THESE GUYS stripped the screws that hold the screen into the phone and i can no longer get them out), i cracked my whole screen again and now i'm back to square one and am gonna have to pay to get this fixed AGAIN. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, YOU'RE GOING TO SPEND MORE MONEY FIXING THE ISSUES THEY CAUSED. If the shop replies, i threw away my invoice already but i'm sure you guys still have my name and phone number in your system. read more

I went in got their $160 screen replacement for iPhone Xs. 2 days later screen had weird lines that appeared and disappeared once screen was locked. I went in and after being told this was my fault they finally agreed to replacing the screen. The 2nd replacement was okay for about 4 days- then the screen started going crazy, it would lag as well as start "pressing" buttons I was not pressing. Screen only got worse as days went by. If you are looking for a quick fix for a broken screen in the meantime while waiting for the new model to release/buy a new device this location can help with that but if you are planning to use the phone for longer than 2-3 weeks do not go to this location. I took my iPhone 6 Plus in during my lunch break. Not only did they repair my phone in about 20 minutes, but they made it better than before. I broke the screen about a year ago and took it to a repair shop near my house. When I got the phone back the screen was clicking and the phone wasn't the same. REPAIR WORLD found that the previous repair was incomplete. In fact, the previous repairer didn't reinstall a plate and left out some screws! Not to mention they made me wait 2 hours...
