Honestly a waste of money. Basically stole my money. He looked for any reason not to abide by the rules of the warranty. I spent 160 just to have to come back for the same reason a month later. I was told the only thing the warranty doesn't cover is water damage yet he decided not to fix the phone even though it was a small part of the phone that was unresponsive cuz he didn't fix it right the first time. Right after he "fixed" it I literally had to go back in cuz all he did was slap a new screen on it, not even checking if it worked. read more

I am writing this review from my phone which wasn't possible 2 hours ago because of a broken LED display (from dropping it). I feared that all my contacts, texts, etc were gone forever when I searched out someone near my job that could take a look at my phone and hopefully bring it back to life. I brought in my iPhone7 Plus with a cracked screen. I went in on my lunch and were able to get if replaced while I waited. I went on my way and realized after 6pm that I couldn't hear people on the phone, just on speaker, headphones or Bluetooth. I went in the next day and they were trouble shooting and asked to keep my phone overnight because they needed to test 2 other parts that they didn't have there. Came here to get my battery replaced since my my phone was dying at 60%. I was irritated that the new battery I was given kept restarting. So I took it back to get it replaced. The gentleman with the addicts tattoos (I forgot his name sorry) told me that they no longer had the battery's and that I had to come the next day if I wanted my money back since another gentleman replaced my battery. When I came back I was told that they had received battery's and that I could get a new one. Left a phone there for repair & was told by 1 worker come back in 1-2hrs, went back & was told come back Sunday.
