These issues began immediately after pickup. Which is why I IMMEDIATELY brought it back to your shop, TWICE. My third visit, you all specifically told me you couldn't not find the issue. Then, told me it was actually fixed and ready for pickup. But when I arrived you let me know the new issues hadn't been fixed. Also, after referring to our recorded in-person conversation, you both never actually mention to me any vague " underlying motherboard‑related issues" and you definitely don't mention any specific diagnostic results that confirm a motherboard fault rather than a display or cable issue. Which is more likely the cause of the foggy/smudgy/ hazy edges and sepia colored camera display issue that I'm now dealing with. I do hear, at the end of our interaction, you all ask me if I now plan to sell my computer. Were you all trying to buy my computer that had just left with you to be repaired after I was obviously extremely disappointed with the service? I would like to bring my computer back one last time this week in hopes that you can, at the very least, return my camera it's original quality So I can return using it for work. If that's not possible I hope you all would be open to a refund.
