I've brought my phone or tablet to Greg 4+ times over the years. While the repairs once were reliable, in the past year and a half I've had a poor experience. He replaced the back glass of my iPhone 14 Pro and it cracked again within 9 months (necessitating I pay for another repair). Less than a year later, it has cracked again. I have to question whether the glass he's using is not as sturdy as the Apple product. Greg also replaced my battery with a non Apple battery - which did successfully resolve the charging issue...however it created a new vulnerability. The phone is now more succeptible to the impact of water on it. Two weeks after the battery repair, the screen display stopped working after being spashed by water (not even fully submerged). He replaced the display screen with a subpar produce (he could have used Apple, as I was willing to spend any amount of money given that my warranty was reimbursing me, and he did know this). The display is very dark and I can not use the phone outside in the light of day anymore...I have to find shade in order to see my screen. I had thought that Greg would be my go-to guy for repairs forever, however his failure to reply to my outreach reagarding the screen issue, and the seeming trend toward using less durable products has dimmed my confidence. I hate to leave negative reviews, however I just can't justify taking my phones to Greg if his repairs aren't going to persevere through normal (not rough) use. read more

Dude YES! I broke the back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro Max Extra Super Deluxe Plus + whatever, the big one. Last year. I held it together with my case and didn't have too many problems until the case started to fall apart and some of the pigmented casing started to chip off, revealing some parts of the iPhone you don't want to see. Gregory completely fixed the back glass for a very reasonable price and in the span of like 45 minutes. Definitely make an appointment and prepare to be without phone -- but not for long! Nice fella, too. Anyway, since tariffs are coming and all that, it's going to be important to have a good iPhone repair person. Gone are the days of carrier subsidized phones... these 0% APR monthly payment plans are about to cost as much as an entire phone back in the day... each month. I thought my iphone was indestructible, I was wrong! Of all the times it has fallen out of my pocket, purse, bag and or hand, nothing happened until last week...it was knocked off a counter and hit the marble bathroom floor. He had the most competitive rates over everyone in the area which is why I originally chose him but he was friendly and fixed my iPad in less than 30 minutes.
