I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I had a phone screen replaced and within a few months, the screen started to rise. I thought maybe it was the battery bulging but was assured everything was fine in that regard. The gentleman applied some type of glue that was connect the screen back to the phone. That lasted for about a week or so until it started rising again and making pictures and videos appear blue. While applying the glue, he mentioned if it happened again, he would replace the screen again for me free of charge. Today I take the phone and it's a different story. Now I'm being told I'd have to pay $95 but "maybe a little less". Who in their right mind would pay someone twice to get something done right once ?? Nothing personal to the guy working there, but when you do a job, do it right the first time. No way in hell would I pay u AGAIN because of your mishaps. Shortly after arriving to LA on a trip, I shattered my iPhone screen. I needed to repair my phone quickly, and I called a few shops to get some price quotes. Wireless2Wireless had the best quote I could find for shops that were close to me on the Westside, and the Yelp check-in deal at the time was also a plus. They assured me that they could repair my phone before closing time, and I rushed over there to drop off my phone. I walked into the shop, and the attendant went over the repair process with me. They assured me that they honored the Yelp check-in, though it seems that the price that they offered for iPhone repair ($59.99 + tax) was the same with or without the check-in (it looks like they offered the deal to everyone). It took about 30 minutes to repair the phone, and it ended up looking as good as new. The only reason I'm taking off some stars is that about 2 months later, I'm noticing that my home button is not as responsive as it used to be. This just may be related to the phone's age, but I did not have this problem prior to the repair. I also wished I had gotten an itemized receipt, because afterwards I could not decipher how much tax they charged. The price was still good compared to the other quotes I had found (~ $65), but the lack of an itemized receipt plus the fact that the Yelp check-in deal seemed to equal their standard pricing for all iPhone repairs made me wonder if I was actually getting a good value. read more

After deciding that I was not going to get sucked into another expensive cellphone contract with one of the major carriers I opted instead to dig out my iPhone 6 with the cracked screen and have it fixed and activated. I was talked into purchasing the Samsung Galaxy 59 and I have been using it for about 6 weeks. This phone has a lot of great features. However ~~ It has the most annoying enforced "friend" called Bixby A pleasant sounding woman that butts into the on line experience relentlessly and there is no way to uninstall Bixby or silence it, You are STUCK with this imposition and interference with no power of choice. Flunk for this super imposed nuisance embedded into the phone. Example : I was in a high powered meeting and looked to check for a message and Bixby went off loudly and I couldn't even get it to stop Very not customer friendly to be unable to disable an unwanted feature. read more

So I called here and they said they could work on it and return it within the hour. I showed up and showed the lady at the front desk what my poor phone had suffered. She said it would be $80. Had them install a new battery in my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. They were friendly when giving the quote via Yelp, price matched another phone repair store, and did the repair quickly. However, when I got home that night, I discovered they'd also disabled the phone's media/speakerphone speaker in the process. I messaged them to express my displeasure, and the response was "Hello Sam, I am sorry to hear that but we only replace your Battery and the speaker is in a different place than the battery." Although they still offered to fix the problem (and they did), I had to spend another 1.5 hours of my time and spend money on gas going back to the store to fix a problem that they obviously created, and did not get any offer of compensation or even a word of apology. I understand that the repair people are humans and mistakes happen, but the fact that they tried to make it sound like I had caused the problem and they would be doing me a favor by fixing it really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I probably would not return here. read more

Updated: Not Only are they a really bad business but they are insincere and dishonest. I am sticking by my review because the owner wrote back to put the blame on me. And yes they make you sign the waiver the moment you walk in because they are selling defective pieces of hardware and don't take responsibility for it. Again, I was honest saying that my phone fell, but again, it fell once with a case and a tempered glass they had threw in for free, an the phone, with no scratches or break on neither screens from a majorly minor fall and the lcd went off.
