My 11 year old granddaughter's cat bit her iPhone when she left it on her bed with YouTube rowdy sound running. Mango, the cat, cracked the screen in 2 places badly! Called iFixNow and got an appointment that day. Dropped off at the Santa Monica location at 2:00PM and got a call at 2:30PM it was done and ready for pickup. Amazing, it looks good as new and is working great. The cost was reasonable and the service was solid. Good advice about avoiding the cat bites too, hahaha. read more

Half the price of Asurian and seemingly just as good (if not better).

Hector fixed the home button on my iPhone and cleaned it out internally in half an hour. I am very satisfied with his professional service. His pricing is very reasonable. It would have cost me a lot more time and money to have it fixed or to even get a new or refurbished one. Make sure you call before you go. The place is hard to find but it's well worth it!!!! read more

This place is really hard to find. Make sure to call ahead and get directions. Other that it's great. Hector fixed my iPhone 3G in 15 minutes with a new screen and even cleaned out all the desert dust from Burning Man :P Next time I'll ask for a cash discount. read more

This place is horrible!!! First off their website says it takes them 45 minutes to fix anything. This is not true!! I had to meet them outside of a resturant which I thought was kind of shady. The top two lines of my iphone would not work so he said it would take him two to three hours for the repairs. I told him I would come back for it. I came back and he had fixed the lines but he gave me phone back with a totally broken screen. I was livid. He did not have the proper equipment to fix my phone and lied and said he did. He did not charge me for the repairs but still I would have never used this guy had I known he would have given me back my iphone in such crappy condition. DO NOT USE!!! read more

Hector just replaced my screen on my Iphone. He made an appt for me the day after I called, fixed the phone in 10 minutes while I watched TV, and then chatted me up about traveling and other interesting topics. Super reasonably priced and was willing to give me an estimate on my other Iphone that needed repair. I had already taken it to the Apple Store and they spent about 2 minutes on it and told me to buy a new one. He seems thorough, patient, and very helpful. read more

They came to our office - He was on time and worked extremely quick -- great job 5 stars!

iFixNow, located in Marina Del Rey and owned/operated by Hector and Eric, is worth a look for iPhone repairs (cracked glass and/or LCD, broken LCD's, broken home buttons, battery replacement, broken sim trays, jacks, etc.). They can do most iPhone repairs onsite and within 45 minutes, and offer a very comfortable setting/waiting area while they complete the repairs. They offer weekend appointments with notice and have a convenient website to schedule appointments and contact them about possible quotes for repairs not listed. The site did not work well with my Mac's Safari or Firefox browsers, however, so I had to use a PC (ironically) to schedule appointment from their site and send them contact emails. Other than that, they offer a professional, no-nonsense service and accept cash or credit cards (via PayPal) for their services. Apple computer wanted $199.99 to repair a cracked screen (LCD was fine, mind you) and that is just absurd and arrogant of them to be asking the cost of a new phone for a simple repair job. Don't do it, don't be snookered by their "Genius Bar." Apple makes great products but their arrogance toward their customers after purchase is often astounding. They seem to think everyone is made of money and will be happy to hand it over to them for the privilege of their services... do not be fooled. Apple service is often NOT covered by AppleCare warranties and you'll find yourself paying through the nose for even the most simple repairs. If you're in the Los Angeles area, I suggest, strongly suggest, contacting iFixNow and let Hector and Eric fix your iPhones or iPod Touch devices (they service a wide range of recent models, and may offer a mail-in service... check their site and contact them for more info). I was pleased with the results of their repair work and am happy to have my phone back without paying more than $100 dollars to get it done. These guys have a great service company and treat their customers right! I am not affiliated with their company, just a very satisfied customer who was shocked and aghast at what Apple (and AT&T) would charge me for cracked glass repair. read more

VERY IMPRESSED! Had an appt for 10am, he took my phone from me on time, has a waiting area with TV and wifi, iPhone screen was replaced in 20 minutes. Price was a fraction of what Apple Store would charge. Recommend. read more

I just got my iPhone 4 fixed. The docking connector was replaced. He did it in less than an hour. Like the other reviews mentioned, its a little sketchy going to someone's house but he was very professional. There were other people waiting so I felt safe. I minused one star because I thought it could have been cheaper but still less than apple quoted me. read more
