This place is really wonderful. I had a hopeless computer situation (café latte spilled on my keyboard) . The manager looked at it and tried his best to give me hope, but looking at the circuits, he came to the same conclusion I got everywhere: it's shot. He showed me the individual circuits and explained what was eroded and why it was impossible (or outrageously expensive) to recover. I had read this everywhere I researched, so I wasn't surprised. I asked if they sell computers, described what I used it for and he had exactly what I needed - one of the computers was in excellent working condition, but had a scratch on it, the other was like new and both were very reasonably priced. He did not push me to buy either of them and told me to take my time to think if I wanted one. I decided to buy the better computer and the manager added a brand-new high-quality charger and all the different cords I could need at no extra cost. He also explained that it's guaranteed for 30 days and that I can come back if ever there are problems. I was seriously thinking of buying on Back Market or from the Apple Store, but am very happy to have bought it from here because I handled and tried the computer and take all the time I needed to decide. ! We had such a great experience with I Repair It Fast and Harry (Harout)! He fixed our iPad screen and was incredibly honest, kind, and quick throughout the whole process. When we came to pick up the iPad, the screen looked absolutely pristine, but it started doing some weird things on its own. Harry was immediately super apologetic and insisted on keeping it to make things right. Since it was close to closing time, I fully expected to come back the next day -- but within about 30 minutes, Harry called to let us know he had fixed the issue and everything was working perfectly again! This happened a few years ago, and to this day, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth every single time I drive past this place. I genuinely hope this individual no longer works here and that it was just a one-off bad worker--unless, of course, he is actually the owner of the establishment. Either way, the experience was so terrible I feel compelled to share it. I called this shop multiple times beforehand to get a quote for a cracked screen repair. The technician assured me it could be fixed and recommended going with the aftermarket glass. After assessing it in person, he confirmed the plan, took the phone, and told me it would take about an 1-2 hours. When I returned, the phone was completely taken apart. Suddenly, the story changed. He claimed the back case also needed to be replaced to fit the new screen--something he specifically assured me wasn't necessary before he started. He also said that there was something wrong with the front facing camera, which it didn't before I gave it to him. He quoted a new price for the extra work that almost equaled the cost of a brand-new phone. Because the extra cost didn't make sense, I told him to just put the phone back together, offer a fair price for his time, and I'd just buy a new phone instead. (The phone was fully functional before this; it literally just had a cracked glass). He completely refused to reassemble the phone unless I paid for both the new rear case and the glass. He basically held my device hostage, forcing me into a costly repair under his terms, or forcing me to walk out with a completely disassembled, non-functional phone. I felt backed into a corner and had no choice but to pay. Unprofessional, dishonest, and predatory business practices. Avoid at all costs. read more

The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking. When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery. I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings. After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way. When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should. Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast! My MacBook Pro charger cable broke, and was not working. The battery died. I bought a new cable but the computer was not turning on for 2 days. I took I to the Apple Store they tried to restart with the basic reset and it didn't turn on, Genius Bar told me it would be a flat $500 for diagnosis and possible repair, or replacement of battery that would take over a week. I was having major power surges at my house which could have been the issue. I decided to take it here. Phillip quickly tried to do diagnosis, unscrewed the Mac, tested the battery and saw it was working, he decided to keep it for further testing of other components such as charging ports, etc and he would let me know via phone what the issue was. He was very professional and helpful. We discussed possible charges which was reasonable compared to the Apple Store. An hour after I left, I contacted the company I bought it from Amazon to tell them about the issue, I had totally forgotten that I bought extended warranty when I got it, they told me they could not give me a refund but they would replace it. So I quickly went back and picked it up. Even if they didn't fix the issue, I am glad to know this place exists. This review is for the great customer service I received, and if I ever need help with an I phone, Mac or android device I would definitely go back and have them look into it. read more

I can't be the only one who's complained about customer service these days...walking into a store and being ignored, then feeling like you're doing them a huge favor by giving them business, or they make you feel like an idiot because you're not an expert on whatever it is they're selling...I am happy to share that "I repair it fast" was an amazing exception. My son broke off the charger in the port of his iPad, it's an old one we only use for YouTube kids and Roblox so I was expecting the whole, "it's old, you're better off buying a new one" etc. Nah, I walked in and even though there were 2 people already in the waiting area, he acknowledged my presence, said he'd be right with me and within about 60 Seconds asked what the issue was. He took the iPad, popped the port open, removed the broken piece, handed it back and then said, "that should do it, have a nice day". No charge, no hard sell, no drama. I even offered something for his effort and he said don't worry about. So, yeah, it was fast and yeah it was inexpensive, lol. My faith in humanity hasn't been 100% completely restored....but visiting this establishment has made me think it's possible! read more

Had screen replaced 4 months ago for $230 for their aftermarket screen - told me it was 99% same quality as OEM... have to lock/unlock at least twice a day to get screen to work since day 1... rep working says this is normal and acceptable. Yesterday, I dropped phone with case on... on my face - yup, embarrassing and minor - hurt me more than the phone... and the screen has a huge pixel damaged across screen - phone in excellent condition still and never left its case since day1... came in today and the rep working couldn't care less *****he said even if this was the day after install he wouldn't warranty it even $1 discount**** kept saying sorry for your "accident" though. Said he would replace it with a $20 discount from their current price of this (so $200 to $180 now). He also believed that having to lock and unlock screen multiple times daily to get it to work is definition of 99% of original. Poor worksmanship and even worse customer service. He made a few sarcastic comments too - I used to work retail so I understand dealing with people can be tough, but this guy had zero empathy and made comments like "hey I wish I could crash a car and get it for free!" within 30 seconds of me being in the store. I can only imagine how he acts to actually rude customers. I came in there in hopes to getting a better price on this but several times made comments like "you want this for free?" What lol?Total dud. There are other places locally offering this service, don't come to this one. read more

I took two phones with water damage to get repaired. The repairs took about six hours so I dropped them off and came back. When I came back, I waited about another hour for him since he was busy with another customer. It's been less than a month and one of the phone is having the exact same issue. I took it back and asked if he could take a look at it again and whether it would be covered by his guarantee. He said he does not guarantee repairs for water damage. He started yelling saying I wasn't giving him time to diagnose. I told him I didn't want to upset him, I just didn't want to leave the phone and have to drive back and waste more time. If he doesn't cover water damage and I know it's water damage since that's why I took it to begin with, I would rather not leave it. I don't want to waste more time and money fixing something that's beyond repair. He hung up on me after yelling that he is too busy and has too many customers. I guess he doesn't need me as a customer and I will never return and definitely do not recommend him. It's too bad because he was very nice the first time I went in. read more
