I don't always destroy my phone but when I do, I make sure to run over it with my vehicle. And I also make sure that my cloud back up isn't working so that I can't get any data off of it before I get a new one. I brought my iPhone in for a diagnostic, to determine if the phone could be turned on long enough for me to do a tethered back up to my computer before sending it to Apple for a replacement (tethered backup: something I only recently learned you can still do via the Music app or third party programs... didn't really need the Cloud all this time. Oh Well.) Anyway, arrived early and Jack dropped what he was doing and expertly tried everything to get my phone on... battery, new screens, whatever else that he was doing inside there, etc. He determined straight away that it was the motherboard that would need to be repaired. This is exactly what I wanted to know. And he refused to charge me the bench/diagnostic fee because I didn't ask him to repair anything. Amazing service. I went to the Apple Store for my iPad that randomly died one night. No one could figure out why it was dead. I had done all the trouble shooting at home and nothing was coming on. I go to the Apple "genius" bar and they basically told me that I needed a new iPad. They maybe took 10 minutes total and I left with tears in my eyes. I had a lot of work on the iPad that was not backed up - I'm talking about HOURS of artwork that would've been gone. Spectrum was supposed to give me a $380 credit for my iPhone 13 Pro.. they ended up not processing it because my bottom speaker was broken. I had to pick up the device and brought it to Pro iPhone Repair to fix. The cost of repair was negligible and it turns out my old phone is still worth $500 because it's the last model with a hard SIM card. All the gunk and dirt was cleaned out from the phone and it sounds better than it has for years. These guys are clutch, very skilled and my old phone sounds brand new.
