Excellent service!!!!! Try it first. I found this place after I broke my Sumsung S 22 screen. Luciano ( I hope I spelled his name correctly )fixed that for just 40 minutes. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The price for screen change was reasonable too. After 3 months my phone had another problem . I took it to him again without appointment. He was there. I had a great experience! My father had gotten some malware on his phone and wanted someone to check it over for peace of mind. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and simply nice. BEWARE! Their macbook (and iphone) batteries are not authentic and that information isn't disclosed. Last year I paid Alex $150 for a battery replacement, but the replacement battery still didn't work. Alex replaced it a second time under warranty, although he tried charging me $50 when I went to pick it up. Now, less than a year of extremely light use later, my laptop is dead and Apple says it's the battery. Apple only charges $200 for an authentic battery replacement, so that extra $50 is a no brainer. Even though I've taken about 10 Apple devices to Alex, and convinced my friends and family to use him too, I can't recommend him after not being told my macbook battery is a 3rd party garbage battery that won't even last me even a year. read more

Alex is great and has helped with with three different issues! I first came here because I cracked my iPhone screen. I took it to this place and he told me he could fix it. I came back and hour later and while the new screen was clear, the color resolution was significantly different. I do a lot of photo editing so color resolution and accuracy is important to me. I wish he would have told me about this color difference before he did the job so we didn't waste anyone's time. He didn't charge me and put my original cracked screen on but again, just felt that it was a waste of time. He was able to fix my husbands Samsung phone that crashed and was in boot loop by replacing the battery. My husband was happy bc he got his data back! Finally, we had a cracked iPad screen from my two-year-old and he fixed it, gave us two free screen protectors, and a touchpad pen for free! read more

Took my laptop in cause I spilled coffee on my keyboard and wouldn't turn on. The owner Alex had it running after 5 minutes like a champ, which it saved my butt just enough time to pulled out all the files that I needed. Note: I took my computer to Best buy geek squad thinking since they are a larger company they would be more reliable and profesional . After they diagnose my computer they tell me my hard drive was fried and there was nothing I can do. The moral of the story only because they are a larger company in no means they are more knowledgeable, or reliable. If you're from CV or la cañada this is the spot to get your tech stuff done. My iPhone's protective glass cover cracked. Because it is broken, I was looking at that cracked glass every minute. I am currently traveling from Westchester County, NY to La Crasenta, Los Angeles.
