I've had three iPhone repairs done at this store so far. The first two times were great--everything went smoothly, and the prices were fair. Most recently, I brought in my iPhone to fix the shattered back screen. Once again, they charged a very reasonable price and fixed the issue. However, this time, an unexpected issue came up--the flashlight started flickering after the repair. I brought the phone back and spoke with Arthur. He was very professional, took full responsibility, and repaired the phone at no additional cost. It took him two tries and ordering some extra parts to get the flashlight working properly again, but he handled it all with professionalism and care, fully understanding that the issue arose during the original screen repair. Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. The gentleman quoted me $90 and that's what I payed, not mad at it. However, later in the evening I noticed that the "3D Touch" feature on my phone wasn't working and in a couple spots it's very difficult get the screen to recognize a touch. This place is great! I called these guys late on a Saturday afternoon trying to get my cracked iPad screen replaced. Most places I called before them quoted me around $140+ to repair the cracked screen but no one could get it done sooner than 1-2 days minimum. Arthur was able to beat all the other quotes I received but I figured it would still take him a few days to repair. He told me that if I brought it in, he would stay to complete it same day. He actually stayed after their shop closed at 5pm so I could get my iPad back same day. He was so sweet and offered great customer service! This place is beyond amazing. I was greeted by a young gentlemen named Arthur. I recently broke my iPhone X plus screen and called almost every cell phone store around me for some prices, either they wanted an arm or a leg or they didn't have my screen in stock. I recently went to a cell phone store since over the phone they told me they have a few in stock and when I went they said they did hear me correctly over the phone, I know this practice happens a lot just to bring the customer in the store to sell the product since they are already there. I rejected the service since I needed it fast and the miscommunication. My last hope was calling this shop and thankfully they had it in stock and can get started as soon I was there. The whole process took about an hour or less, I did tell him that I get a lot of calls and texts so need it ASAP. He did get the job done with no problems so far. Ended up getting a glass protector just in case it happens again, prices for accessories was very affordable. read more
