They are very fast and nice! Kev was so kind and approachable. I texted him when I arrived. The location is a little hard to find, but worth it! It's the last building on the first floor of what seems to be an old apartment complex or hotel. Kev greeted me and had me out of there in less than 15-20 min. He offered me a drink while I waited. I wish I could give him negative stars. He told me he could fix my phone in 10 mins. He looked at his stock and said he had all the parts in stock. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money so I went home and came about 10 mins later. Turns out he didn't have the proper items in stock. He put a "new" battery in that turned out to be a dead battery. There's more that but ya all get the gist. Really upset and to make the whole thing worse he told me to calm down. When my Playstation 5 was overheating I tried some DIY fixes with no luck. I had determined that the console needed a liquid metal cooler repair, which is waaaaay too technical a repair for me. I was skeptical in taking my Nintendo Switch and iPhone here because I usually look for businesses with hundreds of reviews and 4.5 to 5 star ratings. On google maps it was hard to tell if this was a legit business. That being said, I am glad I gave this a try, Kev who responds to my inquires FAST, was also accomodating when I had questions. His shop just opened recently and his location is actually at the back of the building which is why google maps did not have the right images online. His prices are GREAT and he will get you in and out with working devices! I really came here for my kids Nintendo Switch to be repaired but ended up having the iPhone fixed also because of his prices and customer service. You do have to pay for parking on the street, I think increments of $0.25 per 15 minutes. A few months back I smashed the back of my iPhone by accident, but if I kept it in a case it worked totally fine, except I didn't have a selfie camera. I finally got around to having it repaired, took it to a repair place in Hollywood and after they replaced the shattered back, my camera still didn't work, and now my phone would turn off every two minutes.
